They have me 25.00 coupon to use on my next purchase of 99.99 or more and would not honor it because what I was buying was on sale the coupon did not specify any exceptions it anything saying it can't be a sale item very disappointed billion dollar company and cheating someone on a measley 25.00 well go ahead keep your coupon sounds lime you need it more than I do. SMH. So Saudi won't be back to them again.

I am very disappointed with my recent experience at the ridgemar location. I got engaged in November 2020 and at the end of December 2020 went to go look at wedding bands that would go with my engagement ring. The ring was purchased at helzberg diamonds at the ridgemar location. Due to the unique shape of my engagement ring and that the ring had been discontinued, the employees informed me that there was only one wedding band that matches the ring but it was at another location. They would place a special order and the wedding band would arrive in 2 weeks. We went ahead and financed the ring.

2 weeks go by and I received no call. I call the store and they say that it will be another 2 weeks due to some delays.

Due to the Texas winter storm I didn't get a chance to get in contact with anyone until I went to the store on 2/22 to ask in person about my ring. The sales associate then tried looking for my order and tells me she can not find it and her coworkers who helped me the first time wouldn't be in till the next day but that she would make sure that it gets taken care of and they would give me a call. The next day comes and I still heard nothing from them.

I had to call the store today (2/24) to find out that there is no ring and there would be no ring. It never got sent to the ridgemar location and the other store no longer has it. At this point I am frustrated. There has been no communication or even an ounce of effort to inform me about this. We had already paid off the credit card and I have nothing! They said that they would provide store credit for the wedding band cost so I go into the store to take a look around and nothing fits right or goes with my ring. As I'm talking with them I am telling them how disappointed and frustrated I am and they didn't really seem apologetic at all. They didn't apologize for the inconvenience or even acknowledge their lack of communication. I just ended up requesting my money back and am now looking for another ring.

I understand that things happen and there could have been a miscommunication with the ring. I am more upset with the fact that THEY MADE NO EFFORT to keep up with my order and even when they found out that they didn't not have the ring, THEY STILL DID NOT TRY TO GET IN CONTACT WITH ME. Instead, I am the one who had to call to ask about it.

Do not recommend buying your jewelry from this store.

I have been helped by Kori on many purchases recently. I think she is great! She is knowledgeable and personable. This particular store has many helpful staff, employees, etc. I always know I’ll be treated right and buy good quality from this store.

All of the staff was very helpful and took their time to show me the rings that I liked, and made suggestions to help me find the perfect ring. Will definitely be back to this specific store for future jewelry needs.

I usually buy rings and jewelry from Kay or James Avery never really bought from helzberg. Till one day I tried to buy a promise ring for my girlfriend for our one year on October 11th. The ring I wanted from Kay jewelers would not not come in till the 16th. So I went to the store and they didn’t really try to help me out with anything just said sorry. Korrie from NE mall, didn’t give up and she found me a even better ring and did everything she could to get it before the 11th. She went the extra mile and talked with me over text. Never got that good of customer service. If you want a reliable trusted place go to helzberg and most definitely go with Korrie!

Great customer service. The only jewelry store in the mall that knows what they are doing. Went to other stores and they are useless.

Warranty is useless. Customer service from the store is terrible, but very good from corporate, although they are unfortunately limited to remedy issues and coordinate with the store itself. Wait times are terrible. The service center, God forbid you need a repair, is terrible as well.

I've escalated an issue stemming from the service center as much as I could through helzberg customer service but this didn't yield a good result either. Essentially they broke my wife's ring during a resize and failed to repair it 3 different times. Now they are replacing it with a comparably priced ring since they don't have the one I picked anymore, and are expecting me to pay for a warranty on the new ring when the damage was directly from their service on my "lifetime care plan" covered item. First and last purchase at this jeweler.

Excellent staff. I have been dealing with H for several years she is very friendly & helpful. The New manager she is very nice she replaced my fiancé watch that I had bought several years back with a brand new watch even though it was out of warranty.

Anytime i’ve walked into this location they always seem too busy to help. Which is unfortunate considering the amount of money that was spent on my ring. I’ll drive the extra 30 minutes to the Hulen Mall location where the customer is far better.

Made my original purchase on Nov 2nd. It was spontaneous. I've been curious about this business and wanted some items 4 MYSELF with my birthday fast approaching on THE 14th. I bought some items. 1 was a gold ring. It was 2 b sized 2 a 10 1/2. The promise date was MY bday. I called on that evening. The ring was never sized. Helzberg only goes up or down a size. Y didn't THE 2 sales ladies know this? Y didn't any1 call me? I went in that evening and made what should have been an even exchange. Capital 1 wouldn't allow me 2 go over my limit a SECOND time. I was given a discount 2 get the earings I was swapping out 4 the ring that was never sized. The earring swap was a hasty decision. At a $400 price point, the fastening mechanism sure is flimsy and I could easily loose an earring! The next day, I was assured by phone that the 36 month payment plan was in tact. LIES! It doesn't cover the earring exchange and I'm stuck with a $105 a month payment according 2 the original purchase. So, these items can go back 2 the nearest store. This location screwed up so badly, along with capital 1, I don't trust them 2 make the return! They didn't even furnish a receipt 4 the refunded ring! Told me my payments wound b $95 monthly and didn't say that the 36 months was NOT same as cash!
