I reached out to Darrel Mcuen about surprising my wife with a wedding ring upgrade for our 11 yr anniversary. He told me about the holiday specials and I landed one heck of a ring that was over $2000 off. Wife loved it and was floored. Then we surprised her with a tennis bracelet. Love the guys at the store. Always friendly and willing to help. I recommend this store for all your diamond needs.

I was advised by a reputable jewelry to write this review so that shops like Helzberg do not get away with this. I came in with my boyfriend to look at a ring. I explained our budget which was around $3500, then a salesman pressured us into putting an engagement ring on my credit, because it was better than my boyfriend’s. So ultimately under the pressure I folded and instead of staying with my budget I was pressured to look at a $7,000 ring. Well, stupidly it was purchased. The engagement is now off, and Helzberg 15 days after the time frame would not take it back, even though the ring hasn’t been worn. So now I the woman (that was weak) is now stuck with a 7,000 payment. I went and spoke with them about the pressure they put on customers to make a sale, did they really care or try to fix it. NO! Please don’t use big chain stores like this, they just want to make a sale and the markup on jewelry is ridiculous.

I love this place. I bought the wedding ring for my wife here and had them install a diamond that is a family heirloom in it. They did a fantastic job and have made adjustments and repairs over time to it. Always free of charge. Awesome place.

I bought a 3 carat 7 multi row diamond ring absolutely beautiful ring and they were having a 50percent off plus an additional 15 percent off, I paid $2300 for it and it appraised for $6800. Wonderful sales lady.

Jessica helped me find my wedding band. I am a very logical buyer, so big purchases are not easy for me. I came in tried on some things, and she helped me narrow down one. Instead of pressing me to buy it that day, Jessica let me leave without the pressure. Not only did I love the ring, but I couldn’t beat the service. This place is a joke. Every time I take my ring to get serviced/cleaned is a disaster. They require you to keep up with a paper card or if you ever have diamonds fall out, or other warranty things “they may deny you service” it’s 2022. I don’t even carry a wallet anymore because of Apple Pay.

I won’t speak of the quality of my ring because it’s not a Tyler Helzberg issue, I think it’s a total helzberg issue but I do have diamond fall out frequently.

Bottom line, avoid this place. Customer service is a joke.
