Not what i expected from a jewelry store like Helzbeg Diamonds.

I purchased some silver earrings with 1/3 karate diamonds for my wife back in March of 2022.

Less than a year later, the back of the earrings turned black and gave my wife an infection.

I called the store and they said that it was possible that the back of the earrings was not silver, and asked if I purchased the warranty which I didn't. "I didn't think the earrings would turn black".

- and also, as a customer, it's common sense to think that the entire metal would be Silver. Not just partial silver.

I took them in, and they try cleaning the earrings, but now said that it was "Oxidation due to being stored in a dark place". Not true. I told them my wife has not taken these off since I bought them.

Then they said it was possible that it was acid produced by the body. You got to be kidding me. Not what I expected from a store I thought was reputable.

After they cleaned and buffed the earrings for over 30 minutes, they're still black. I suspect they were just silver plated, I've never seen silver turn black.

They denied a refund because it was past 30 days. They would not buy them back, and they denied a trade up, now I'm out of a few hundred dollars. This is Not what I expected from a jewelry store like Helzbeg Diamonds.

I recommend you take your business and hard earn money somewhere better.

Buyer be warned.

Helzberg Diamonds Baybrook mall is one of the best jewelry stores I have ever visited! They have a large jewelry inventory and so many options to pick from. The staff is friendly professional and very knowledgeable! Belinda and Carlos were very helpful and they gave us their undivided attention. I bought a stunning ring and the price was great! I am so happy with the experience especially the excellent costumer service! I recommend Helzberg Diamond at Baybrook mall to everyone!

My wife and i came to Baybrook to find her a ring. The first place we saw was Helzberg s we checked it out. We were kindly greeted by BELINDA who not only had knowledge of cuts, and color. Her hospitality is what made her shine. She explained what to look for in diamonds when purchasing. Not only did we find my wife the perfect ring, but Belinda won us for life! Thank you Belinda!

Tori was such a joy to work with. She was very good explaining the process of Lab-Made Diamonds and the difference between them and Diamonds that everyone knows and loves. Her smile and bubbly personality made me feel like I was shopping with a friend, rather than a pushy sales person! Definitely will be working with her again. Carlos was great too!

I am recently engaged and was looking for a wedding band for my fiancé’s solitaire. We came in Helzberg the first time about two months ago and found a ring my fiancé loved and Belinda was so kind and helpful. We decided to wait and we came back in a second time because of the ring and the customer service and we found a band that was so stunning! Belinda and AJ are a one two punch they showed us the quality and made us feel so at home! It’s hard to find quality along with hospitality and they had them both. Lovely. I came in for looking for an engagement ring. Louis assisted and helped me through this huge step that im taking and his bright attitude was exactly the type I needed to succeed in this. He answered every question and helped me through my options in a kindly and laughable manner.

My husband bought my engagement ring here, and the staff were all so helpful and helped him pick out the perfect ring - They also helped him keep it a surprise (that in itself is impressive, because I usually always figure out what he is planning before it happens)! We always stop in whenever we are in the area to say hello and talk to everyone. They are always so lovely, and it is like going to catch up with good friends. We also bought our wedding bands from here, they helped me figure out his ring size from one of his other jewelry pieces (he was working offshore at the time) and they were very attentive and found something that was exactly what he was wanting just from the limited description I was able to give them. I 110% recommend checking them out.

The employees at the baybrook store are phenomenal! They definitely go above and beyond for their customers. Extremely impressed!
