The team at Helzberg are super knowledgeable and provide amazing customer service, especially Dina and Bill. They went out of there to make us feel comfortable with our choices. We will continue to shop here because they did a spectacular job!

Worst customer service- of both, the Manager and Sales Person. Over price jewelry! Diamond do not come with Certificates and other paper works. The hassle free return policy is NOT TRUE, just an advertising strategy. I’m not a happy customer at all after spending $5,000 on this store.

Kevin and Bill are amazing. We have never been disappointed we have been long time Helzberg patrons first in Florida and then when we moved to Texas. They have treated us like family and we love the selection of jewelry. The quality of all the pieces I have purchased has been great. I am always getting compliments on my jewelry and recommend Helzbergs at Barton Creek to all my friends and coworkers.

I purchase a chain and cross set with a protection plan. I brought it in cuz the chain broke and I needed it fixed or replaced. The lady was very rude and told me that I needed to purchase a stronger chain cuz this one was going to keep breaking. I told her no I have the protection plan. She spoke to another lady and she told her to give me another chain. Again she said I needed to purchase a different chain because it was going to break again. I didn't appreciate her pushing me to purchase another chain. The reason I purchased the protection plan was so if anything happened to it I would be under protection. I've purchased several pieces of jewelry here and never had any problems. Will not be coming back to this helzberg.

I used to not have a problem here until recently. The last 3 visits have been pretty annoying. I go every 6 mths to get my jewelry cleaned and inspected because I live an hour and thirty mins from here so I just make it a shopping day. Each time I have gone the last three times, they act annoyed as if they don’t want to help me. I had my ring fixed back in November of 2021 and had to go pick it up once ready. I personally signed off on the card they make you sign when you get the jewelry sent off but when I went to go pick up, the guy there told me I couldn’t pick it up because I wasn’t listed on the account. But yet I dropped my ring off AND signed off on the card and he even pointed at the signature thinking it wasn’t me. Again I’ve never had an issue picking up my jewelry in the past 3 years. They had to call the account holder to allow for pickup. On saturday, I had my rings and a necklace cleaned and inspected. They lady didn’t seem friendly and we had issues getting an inspection card for the necklace because I didn’t know what name the purchase was under. It could’ve been from three different names, which the one it was under was not the one I thought it was under. The blonde lady helping seemed annoyed she couldn’t find it and another lady ended up helping who was nice but I dread coming here. I don’t know if it’s because they may think I don’t have money or what they’re thinking but I feel like they look down upon me and treat me differently until they pull up the accounts for purchase, that’s when the attitude changes. Disappointing. Really considering taking my business elsewhere if something doesn’t change.

Store employees are polite only if you are planning to make a huge $$$ purchase. The first time I went, I was shopping for a diamond ring and the lady was super nice, spent a lot of time talking to me and recommended putting a ring on hold for $450, so that I can take my time to think about it and shop around. She insisted there was no pressure to actually purchase it, and that it was only a safety move so I could lock its price.

About a week later I went back to cancel the hold since I found a diamond I liked elsewhere. However, I still wanted to buy the ring setting from them. Their behavior did a complete 180 and they made it very obvious that they are not interested in answering any of my questions about the ring setting or helping me in purchasing it. They just kept trying to get away from talking to me. The instant change in behavior was pretty obvious and they made no attempt to even conceal that.

I got the most beautiful jewelry from these place. I had a very good sales woman showing me with patience everything that I was interested in. She never rushed me and let me try the jewelry to make easier my purchase! It came out that when about to pay she told us about a promotion they have. The deal is if you reach certain price on jewelry you get for free a computer. We were amazed by this deal because we went just for jewelry and we came out the store with my newly gifts and a a new computer. Such a great deal, no little letters on the bill, no financing traps, just free. Can't believe it!

If I could give less stars or negative, I would. Terrible customer service and downright rude. Please consider buying your jewelry elsewhere. I will never buy anything from them again.

Terrible experience. Purchased my wedding band from here and the night of the wedding/first time wearing the ring, lost two of the diamonds. Left straight for our honeymoon the following day so I wasn’t even able to wear my brand new wedding band on our honeymoon. When I returned, I brought the band in to have it fixed and the only experience continued to get more terrible. The Assistant Manager (not sure of her name but she made sure to tell me she was the Assistant Manager) tried to tell me this was normal and expected with wear and tear. Reminder, I wore this ring less than 24 hours. I don’t think she even apologized once. She told me they could easily fix the diamonds and to come back in 15 minutes. When I come back to pick up the ring, someone else is helping me, and I realize the new diamonds that have been replaced are not the same size or flush with the other diamonds on the band. They take it back and tell me again, come back in 15 mins. I come back, literally nothing has changed and the band looks the same. The Assistant Manager steps back in and has the audacity to tell me it’s normal for the diamonds not to be flush when they have been replaced. I tell her that I want the ring to look how it did when I bought it seeing as I haven’t even gotten to wear it. She continues to argue with me saying “I’m the only person who will notice”. Excuse me? I’m the person who bought the ring and am the only opinion that matters in this situation because I’m the one wearing it! I ask to talk to her manager who of course isn’t there but she says I can call the corporate office. I now leave and call corporate who thankfully was much more apologetic and understanding. They apologized multiple times that I couldn’t wear my ring and said it’s not normal at all for the diamonds not to be flush, especially since mine has prongs and can snag/catch on clothing, fabric, etc.and ultimately cause more wear and tear. They offered to send me a return label to mail in to the corporate office and have fixed there. I was happy with this resolution because I don’t trust anyone at the local location. However, I will again go another month or so without my wedding band while they fix what should have never happened in the first place. 1000% do not recommend, wouldn’t make another purchase from here.

Rude male staff who looked down on us. Was told by another jewelry store that's how they were trained. We got my fiancé's wedding band at Zales in San Marcos outlet mall where there's better selection and most importantly, friendly and accomodating staff.

If I could give no stars I would I was told that the ring I purchased had a lifetime warranty on cleaning of the ring and find out that when my wife went to go get it cleaned they spent five minutes on it and told her to “clean the rest off with a toothbrush at home”. Very unprofessional and inexcusable and the worker saying this had a face that was like please leave my store and was very uninterested in helping my wife whatsoever. Hopefully it wasn’t a race thing because then we will have an issue.

Husband and I went shopping for solitaire 1 ct diamond ring, we approached a lady who facial expressions was like don’t bother me you don’t have money looks offered us a lab created ring which we did not asked for. Sorry we were not dress in slacks tie and suit and me in a fur coat. Simple jeans and tshirt, we left and purchased the ring at Kay’s, respectable friendly and better selection on certified rings.

Ordered same day delivery, online.
Had to physically go to store and pick up. Phone customer service store staff non apologetic, not customer friendly, need to listen more and communicate tactfully.
