Monica office mgr very rude about anything you ask her. They will tow your vehicle when they SHOULD NOT. One of my trucks was stolen. We were told the security film was not working and to get out of the office.
Other office employees look afraid of Monica. It looks like they have a business going with stealing vehicles and towing cars. Look all arround when outside shady people are hanging arround. We called Property Investment Co never heard back.

I am tired of paying for visitors cars being towed. I live on third floor and there is no access to the building from first floor and very few visitor parkings with a key fob. I paid for an extra one for my daughter who lives in fear of having her car towed when she and my grands are visiting. I believe that their are cameras that are feed into the towing place that is being used. I through that the company who owned this building was reputable. I am sad to say that the non repair of the gate that is supposed to keep people out has been a set up to use the tow truck. Someone is in cahoots and making money off of me and others. I am very discouraged when all attempts to get back with this company has been ignored. Money is important when you are retired.

I would HIGHLY caution anyone looking to rent at this location! Customer service is definitely not a priority. Property is very dirty. My vehicle was stolen, several packages stolen, and the office is never kind or helpful. I would advise you shop around before signing a lease.

Angelina who works in the leasing office is Very unprofessional. I saw her flicking kids off that were in the pool and calling them rats. How do you work there but act that way towards kids? I hope she doesn’t have kids of her own. Sheesh

I’ve been living in my apt since april 29 and my ac has been broken since the day I’ve moved in they’ve came to look at it a few time as the manager says they replaced my whole ac unit and it still not working properly it never auto shuts off because the temperature never meets to what it’s set at. I received my first electricity bill and it was $240 for the first 15 days and just received my second bill and that one was $776 but they claim that “ nothing is wrong with the unit because it’s brand new “ the management is telling me that if I am not satisfied with my unit I can terminate my lease. But still have to pay all the fees to be able to do so. The manager Angelina is so unprofessional never responding to my emails and when I go up to the office or call she some how NEVER there. The issue was resolved by me. Management and corporate kept making excuses as to what the reason for my ac to be running. I took it upon myself to replace the thermostat and that was this issue the entire time. Do not come live here. Management is unprofessional and corporate is just as bad. This complex is infested with roaches with 1965 kitchen cabinets. Rent is overly priced for how outdated the units are. Trash is always built up in the trash rooms and hallways have broken furniture from lazy residents who won’t throw it away. Gates are always broken and cars are always getting broken into.

The staff is very friendly and transparent with anything going on, great area plenty of places to visit downtown at walking/bike distance.

Good pricing, location and facilities. Honestly the bad reviews are coming from entitled people. I've never have had an issue that that wasn't resolved. Been here 3 years AND plan to keep staying here.

Came in for a tour of this awesome downtown property! The staff in the office are awesome! Angelina the came out with the most genuine greeting and warmest personality I've ever received from a property manager! Lydia, was extremely helpful in showing me all the amenities the property had to offer, very knowledgeable about the surrounding area and unit floorplans. She is positively hilarious! I cant wait to hear back from the office about my application!:)

Hello, all I can say is that when the manager is on top of every thing going on under her care, everything works much better. Angelina deFelice is the kind of manager that take her time to get to know her residents by name, their needs and more. She is actually at the scene if necessary and that’s what I call efficiency, politeness, respect, hard work and caring person.

Very close to lots of great places downtown! The units are very spacious. Big bathrooms and deep tubs! The leasing agents are all very nice and helpful!

The leasing agent Lydia was so amazing! She answered all of my questions clearly and gave me all of the information I needed. It was very busy in the office but she still managed to provide me excellent service and attention while managing to answer phones and speak to current residents. The property is so cute and close to all of downtown activities!

Nice apartments, quiet neighborhood, easy access to downtown. The staff are hella cool, and other tenants are chill.
