Loved the place. Bought some cabinet mirrors. Service was great. I waited about 15-20 minutes and the mirrors were ready, wrapped in paper and brought out to my truck. Can't beat that.

This Web site keeps popping up as a company in Nashville TN. I ordered and paid for a round 32 inch tempered glass. There is a local store in Nashville with similar name. I went to pick up my glass to be informed I had never ordered the glass. I contacted this company and was told this had happened to a previous customer in the Nashville area. They offered to ship the glass for around $250 and just apologized for the inconvenience.

Excellent service! Had special glass cut for an antique buffet and they did an amazing job and were super fast! Highly recommend them for your glass needs.

Terrible customer service that left me questioning their ability to order and install a shower door. Their first design resulted in a 14" opening to enter the shower. This was only discovered after drilling the mounting holes in my new tiles which then had to be replaced. Without communicating the change to me, they ordered a different style shower enclosure. What was suppose to take 2 weeks ended up taking a couple months as Henderson ordered the wrong size glass 3 times. Finally on the 4th attempt and many weeks later the glass was installed. Upon inspection of the final product the glass was found to be full of scratches, the caulk joints were cracked, and the door hinges were loose. Henderson blamed me for the scratches and I have yet to have this issue resolved or been called back to discuss options. The cost to replace the damaged tile alone was $500.
