Hendricks have the best people, really a family atmosphere which translates to great service.

Ricardo is respectful, kind and funny! He also is very detail oriented even with test drives! He makes the car buying experience so wonderful. He is the only one I will trust to help me buy a car for the rest of my life. I would give more stars if I could!

I’ve had my car for 2 years now and I still love it! It has been serviced multiple times due to rodent damage and other issues that flared up. But each time I brought it in the service providers were wonderful! Orlando took care of my car this time and did a fantastic job! The technician took a picture of the damage and Orlando showed it to me, went over how to check and clear certain alerts and made sure everything I needed done was completed! Orlando is the best and so are all the technicians that worked on my car! Again, if I could give higher stars I would!

Bought a 2022 nissian frontier. I did all the leg work getting a loan and check to pay for vehicle. The dealership was nice enough to delivery the vehicle to me. I got in that evening and noticed the windshield had a chip/crack in it. It also looks like there are veins in it. I reached out to the dealership and my saleswoman was good at getting the glass repair person to call. I sent 3 photos to him. He said there's nothing wrong with it. Had to contact my saleswoman with the pictures. They then had me drive back to the dealership to tell me that there isn't anything they can do except charge me cost for another one. I work and hour away and live an hour or more away. The sales manager David wouldn't even listen to what I was saying. He just kept saying he had his done and it's fine. I also have been waiting for a week for them to release my money I put down to hold the truck. Not happy and will never shop here again.

I recently bought a 2024 Atlas Cross Sport from Hendrick Volkswagen, Jake Johnson was the employee that took care of me and he was very nice to me and my wife and definitely worked with us to fit our situation. We got a good deal and Jake made the process very smooth for me so 10/10 for his services. We had a small issue with the car not having gas on the tank but definitely not his fault at all, saw how he pushed to get the issue solved plenty of times even tho his coworkers weren't in such a rush to fix the problem. So overall, a good experience and a very nice dealership.

Jolie was our gal! She’s incredible and was super attentive to my daughter and I, got her her first Jeep thanks to Jolie! Highly recommend her if you’re thinking of coming to Hendrick Volkswagen

Robert my sales representative at Hendrick Volkswagen is literally THE BEST.from start to finish my purchase was easy.friendly.and no pressure. I literally inquired on a vehicle in late morning.secured an appointment for the same day, and shortly thereafter drove away in the car of my dreams. Mark in the business/finance department was top notch and very thorough. Everything about my experience was pleasant and easy. Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Two leases in a row, these guys have done a fantastic job. In and out quickly and efficiently, and no pressure or nonsense. Steve was a great sale guy, and I'd recommend them for anyone. Also, the GTI may be the best car for the price.

Edit - Another lease, 3 years later. Third one. Mike Williams helped me out this time, and did a fantastic job. Great to do a test drive with, and handled the negotiation quickly and easily. Five stars all around and I'd give six if I could. My first GTI on the Mk8 platform, and upgraded to the Autobahn. Great so far!

If I was only rating Robert I would give 5 stars. Called him with what I was looking for and my price range. Within a day he had a car and scheduled an appraisal of my trade in. He came in on his day off to close the deal. The finance dept and its process is antiquated, takes forever and was very inconvenient. Even after the confusion Robert went above and beyond and came to me to ensure I was happy with my car. Robert was awesome

I was casually looking at the ID 4.0 to get a feel for it not really sure if I was ready to buy one. Got a call and text from Ricardo & told him what I was looking for. Ricardo went above and beyond for me, he walked me through the whole process seamlessly, (I never felt pressured nor the normal feel you get when dealing with a car dealership) explained in detail what the promotions/deals were at the time to the point where he managed to get me a great deal that was too hard to pass for the car/trim I wanted. Ricardo is a professional, extremely personal, friendly, an honest person, and I am blessed to have worked with him.

2nd time working with Robert Fabian! He is professional and he provides a great service and detail explantion of VW car when we tested drive. He is also friendly on our conversation and honest to help you match your need of car. You definitly will find your deam car from him! All my friends and family memebers will continue to work with him!

1- Most importantly" Our salesperson was very good. However, after we reviewed the purchase and loan documents, we realized that the gentleman in financing who closed the purchase and loan transaction had given us blatantly False information in response to our questions regarding the ROFR document to get us to sign it. We asked him if what we were signing obligated us to give ROFR. He said no and insisted that this was only an "ask" that we would consider that at our option with NO obligation. We were late as our sales person Raymond can attest to and did not read the document then but later at home we did and found out about his repeated False info (We asked a couple of times as his answer did not seem reasonable but he assured us).
I have asked for that document to be null and void. Raymond was going to talk to the responsible folks but it's been over a week and I have not heard back and my follow up has gone without a response.
2- I also asked for the extended warranty document but have not gotten it and my follow up has been ignored.

Fernando is my service advisor. He’s always cordial. He welcomes me again without much notice. He takes care of me really quickly and I’m always pleased with the service.
