Grilled Spicy Turkey with Gouda on rustic bread, brats, German potato salad are some of my favorites and can’t beat the meatloaf and mashed potatoes on Wednesdays. Cakes and cookies from Bakery are very good and popular for special occasions.

When on sunday to pickup a Chocolate Amaretto's cake for my husband's birthday yesterday. It didn't have any amaretto flavor it was completely dry.
It doesn't worth it for me and my guests.

Buying cakes here is like going to Walmart on Black Friday. Took me 30 minutes to get a cake, but just like black Friday I'll be back every time I want a cake. Best cakes in town.

We have been going there for over 30 years. Family owned and run. Great food and service. Bakery is also great.

Great Bakery/Deli that's been its location for ever grew up getting a cake from their since a kid & now get cakes form my kids here. Recommend most yummy cakes in town.

My favorite go to place. Great food, great pricing and wonderful cakes. I always find something I've never tried there to buy and take home. The wait staff are fantastic. Very personable and friendly.

So happy that in store dining is an option again. If you have never been here this is a hidden gem in Dallas. Great bakery, cool shop for some of your favorite European treats. And a great place to eat. The staff here are beyond wonderful. Check this place out if you have never been and support a long time local Dallas business.

I am sorry to say that the Black Forest Cake I ordered was a disappointment. The chocolate cake had very little flavor and was dry. The filling was parse. I served this at a party and I was left with about 3/4 of the cake. Thank God I had another cake (champagne cake). I was not happy with the Black Forest Cake. Vivian Dillon

We have been buying our cakes from Henk’s my entire life, literally. My first bday cake was their Swiss madrisa cake. They made my wedding cake. Even my baby’s bday cakes have been from here and there is never left overs.

Fantastic place to eat (breakfast) and get some German food goodies in the store.

This wonderful place has been around for 30 years! I always enjoy eating here, shopping the little grocery store, and browsing the delicious fresh dessert offerings. Give it a try.

The cake was good looked very good for my babyshower but the girl that attended me was being rude and kind of had alot of sarcasm when she would talk to me.

15 year since I went to this place for the first time. I can tell I come here at least once a month and never disappointed. Besides, the Black Forrest cake is my best regardless I am not a dessert person.
