Some places are more than a home … they are a way of life.not just surviving - but enjoying! It was a true testament how every resident that stopped by during my tour / visit and genuinely thriving by living there! Amber exuded natural comfort accommodating each situation brought to her - and it was relieving to know I would become part of this sweet network! She went above and beyond for my own circumstance that I would never begin to be able to show enough gratitude for … but will just cherish the moments trying and the opportunities ahead because of the pride and support shown for this gem!

The staff at Henry Heights are nothing but nice and attentive and caring. Amber and Taylor are always such a pleasure to interact with. They are both very willing to help and do whatever they can to fix whatever issue I may be having.

Mike and Jason (the Maintenance guys) are world class. They are very knowledgeable and friendly when they enter my apartment for a service issue. Even if a part needs to be ordered they are thorough in explaining the issue and the solution and leave me feeling like my issues are being handled without me having to worry about it.

The property itself is indeed old and with that comes old property issues. Sometimes my water has to be turned off for a repair in the building but the staff are so on top of informing the residents of the issues and time frame for the repair.

The amenities are cute and cozy and perfect for the small number of people that live here. But the focal point of the property is the LOCATION! Literally 10 mins or less driving to anything you may need. Grocery stores, entertainment, hiking trails and so much more. The location cannot be beat.

I love living here and the newer staff just makes my experience as a resident so enjoyable. I would recommend Henry Heights to anyone that asks.so long as the rockstar staff sticks around. 5 Stars

This is great complex that is kid and pet friendly, the management and maintenance staff are quick to respond.

Mike and Jason (The Maintenance Team) have been extremely helpful. Every issue we have brought to their attention, they’ve fixed quickly and efficiently. Thank you guys for all your help and getting our place running perfectly. Glad to be here

I've been lucky enough to call Henry Heights my home for nearly a decade and constantly see improvements to make this a great community. Beautiful dog park and I love the Amazon Hub and high ceilings, not to mention the fireplace for cold weather—worth considering as your next home.

If you’re looking for a new place to live, I would definitely recommend touring this place. It’s conveniently located from entertainment, and more than two grocery stores within a 10min drive. Plus the pools are a vibe

My partner, pets, and I have lived here for a little over 2 years. We’ve been very pleased and grateful for RPM management taking over as they’ve done beautiful renovations and upgrades to our unit and the property. During the two winter storms, management was very quick to action and kept communication open for any questions and concerns.
The property is kept neat and the feeling of community is made stronger with the fun events RPM host through the year. We’re looking forward to signing another lease!

Before we even moved here to the Henry Heights community we had already felt like this place was home I would like to say first Taylor is amazing and the most kind she made us feel so at home instantly the staff is very friendly they all do there best to make sure every resident lives in a peaceful environment the complex is very beautiful they really care here happy heart

Came to the property to tour I didn't have an appointment and they took the time to take me in! Taylor was such an amazing help with all the questions I had. The property was very clean and maintenance seems phenomenal! My lease at my current apartment ends in July but I hope to make this my new home. Thank you guys for making me feel so very welcomed!

I have to give at least one star? Too generous. First many of the positive reviews here are fake. Notice the uptick in positivity when the current company took over two years ago. Every review is one star or a super positive five! Always praising the staff yay! The staff are clueless pretentious dirtbags.
This place is old and it shows. Its insulation rotted out years ago. Like the big windows? Buy extra blankets, heaters, and fans. Whatever the temperature is outside your apartment will be worse. They regularly rent to very scummy people, and do nothing when they violate every behavior rule as long as they get the rent. Are the units filled with toxic mold? Rent and find out!
Old scummy buildings that have been remodeled to fool you but it is a mess. Rude, condescending staff. Oh and crime. The bottom floor unit windows make a perfect drug dealing pull through the way the parking lot works. Enjoy!

Clean property, wonderful maintenance. Amber and Taylor are the best! My favorite part about the community is the coffee bar they have for guest and their residents perfect way to start my morning!

I have lived at Henry Heights for 6 months, a great place. I have to say that I was treated like special, I felt understood and helped since the first minute I truly felt special, I want to thanks Taylor for being so kind, empathetic and so professional, thank you Taylor for always being there for me and for the rest of the residents, because I have heard neighbors talking great things about Taylor job as part of the management team, Taylor treat people like special, not the first time, always! I am infinitely grateful with Henry Heights management, thanks to Amber and specially Taylor for opening the doors for me in the amazing place.

Henry Heights is such a beautiful property with top notch amenities. While on tour, I was blown away by the finishes in the apartment as well as the many layouts offered. I would absolutely recommend this community to anyone!

Henry Heights Apartments is the perfect place to call home! The apartments are modern and stylish with top-notch amenities, beautiful landscaping, and a great location. I can't wait to move in! The agents there Taylor and Amber were great as well, really informative and all around great service

I've been living here for 5 months now and this place is truly amazing. Texas is the 4th state I've lived in, but Henry Heights is the best place by far; mainly because of their friendly maintenance and front office staff! Since the beginning, Tyler and Amber have always gone the extra mile to make everyone feel safe, appreciated, and welcome with a nice smile - in fact every time I've run into them at the office, they are brainstorming their next best move (even when eating lunch). They make such a great team!

During an ice storm earlier this winter, our community experienced (all of Austing pretty much) a huge power outage and I was surprised to see how well they responded in keeping us up-to-date with the situation, the sidewalks and parking lot clean, maintenance staff onsite, and even provided tips days before the storm to avoid any additional damage. Another time when pipes burst at a building due to freezing temperatures, they went beyond the expectations by opening the doors of another unit so the affected members of that building can shower, do laundry, or simply stay warm! They are truly caring and are the best when it comes to responsiveness!

The ameneties are very awesome as well with a clean 24/7 gym, great dog park with toys, pools constantly getting prepared for the summer, and accessible laundry room (even though many units already come with an efficient washer & dryer). I've also been amazed by their efforts to make our community more environmentally friendly with recent upgrades to HVAC systems, materials used within the units, valet trash & recycle service, and tips on how each of us can contribute to a cleaner community and city.

Overall, I feel very safe and very happy to have found this community, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet, peaceful place to call home!

I have lived at Henry Heights for 2 months now, and it is has been incredible, especially compared to my last apartment.
Taylor was great during the signing and move in process. She answered all my questions and was quick to respond to any messages.
Amber has been helpful and is very communicative with residents about things/issues happening on the property. I really appreciated her response during the ice storm and accompanying power outage.
The maintenance crew is FANTASTIC. I've put in a relatively high number of maintenance requests since I've moved in and they were all handled the very next day.
This place is well-priced, in a good location, and has good amenities. I'm very pleased with my experience here and hope I can stay around for a while.

Management is top notch here! Very professional and always willing to help where they can! Some things are understandably out of their control, but they always go over the top to make sure they can help when it’s available and I absolutely am thankful for that.
