I have used commercial Realtors for 45 years, leasing small commercial space across North America for my business, CottageCare. Many commercial Realtors don't want to mess with small deals (~1000 sq ft). Michael Gresback, with Henry S Miller, was amazing. I'm not local to the properties I needed to explore, and Michael made it easy. He was very professional, very responsive, and got the job done, presenting us with good options. I've signed a 5+5 yr lease within all the parameters I needed. Thank you, Michael! I know you do big deals; it's nice you do little deals with the same amount of professionalism.
