Henson Ford, Madisonville TX

Still alot of New faces as far as the mechanics. Use to be a top notch cast of mechanics but now only a few. Granted these guys are young and need more experience. They have even been bringing mechanics from the Dodge dealership. A bad move by the service manager to let that top notch talent get away. Still not letting me know what services are coming due since they swapped from bg to Valvoline.dont know how much longer I will be taking my dually there. They had tires rotated but pressures still off as usual when done. Front should be 75 and rears 65

I was set on a particular Jeep and Peyton & Jacob were quick to contact me, set everything up, Jerome and Peyton kept giving me quick updates and I was very pleased and happy with them and the Jeep! Very professional and friendly.

We had a check engine light come on while on a family trip over the holidays. We pulled in to the Ford dealership that was right next to the exit and immediately were treated with a helping hand and incredible service by Brandy at the service desk. She diagnosed a misfire and got our vehicle in for review by a technician. She was very helpful also in showing us the best rental car service nearby and helping us coordinate drop off and pickup. Our SUV was repaired luckily with only a broken spark plug. We are so thankful to have wandered into this service department and highly recommend them!

The people at Henson Ford always take good care of me with their service and attitude. They work hard to please their customers in both sales and service. I will continue to go to Henson for my service needs.

If I lived closer, I’d make this my preferred dealer for service (still may at an hour away). I do know this, though: if the service is any indication of how this place works, it will be my first stop when it comes to buying my next car.

Henson checked on part availability, ordered the part and scheduled my appointment the day after parts arrived. I waited since the repair only took an hour or so. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Overall great customer service experience.
