17I bought a thermostat and it was used! They would not return my money, even with my receipt!
Tried calling for two days to get part availability. No answer, no voicemail available, no way to speak with anyone there.
I would like if there's an mail andress to get in contact since I 've been trying for a week to found someone on the phone who can help me with a quotation. We have purchased time before with a good experience here and since our clients we're son happy with the products we would like to keep doing it.
Customer service on the phone is awful and in person is worst. Last resource definitely. If anyone knows any other option please share.
What a hassle to dial the extension for someone to pick up the phone. It keeps saying no matches found. You lost a sale here for sure
I went to get a box of filters for my refrigerated air, they didn't have any at all. They told me that it would be 2 month till they would get them and they referred me to another place at Hawkins. They have all sorts of stuff for A/C units.
The service here is the worst. The guys at the counter seem like they get bothered to help you. Their attitude is the worst I've seen. They are always in a bad mood and that reflects their service. They give you the wrong parts, you can be standing right in front of them and they won't attend you. Don't go here.

I always get my home filters here. Reasonable prices and very helpful and knowledgeable staff.
Great store for the do it yourself people, good selection of products and knowledgeable staff, they can help you on your projects, repairs, have decent prices.
It was an interesting experience.
Pros: they know what they've talking about and go above and beyond to help you.
But now the cons: Extremely helpful over the phone but in person it's a bit hard to get attended correctly. They jump from customer to customer and so it leaves you waiting a lot longer.
They where great they gave me a price and when I when to get the part it was double the price they told me. But they worked with me that was GREAT Good place for a/c parts.
Great experience at Hercules Industries. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. They are very compliant with the COVID safety. So if you go, make suryou have your mask.
Worst customer service, nobody would answer to look up a part. Called 9 times within an hour. Nobody cares.
We have an account with them and usually we spend about $2500 to $3000 every season. Today, I went to buy 2 a/c motors but I didn't know how many speeds and the sizes of the motors and my maintenance guy wasn't available for me to call him. After waiting in line 20 minutes, when it was my turn, I asked the customer service rep to look up the history of our purchases and to give the same motors that we usually buy. He claimed that their system didn't show that information which was weird because 3 months ago when I went to place an order for $2,800 they were able to get me that information right away without hesitation. I just got the vibe and feeling he didn't want to bother and I just left.
However, our company has 20 other properties and most of them have an account with Hercules, I'm just going to give this information to the general manager and remind him that we have many other options, maybe is time for a change.
