Everybody was courteous & genuinely caring. From the very first Receptionists’ greeting & front desk professionalism even beginning with Carla who took my x-rays before seeing the hygienist.

I do NOT recommend this place to anyone. The girl at the reception was very rude, she would not even look at me when I asked her question, and gave a one word answer with gesture. The X-Ray girl was very sweet, but had no idea what she was doing, she seemed new album nobody was helping her out. She had to repeat the x-ray so many times to get it right. Finally the person who showed up to check my teeth and clean (claimed to be dentist) was friendly, but went over a solution very quickly. Barely cleaned my teeth, it was the fastest and worst teeth cleaning ever.

A friend recommended me this place, Andrea made me feel really comfortable with the whole procedure & explained things very thoroughly with different options that were best recommended. Place looks very clean & smells clean. Will be coming back!

We love Heritage Dental! We've been their patients for 4 years and counting. The customer service is amazing. I can always count on their friendly smile every visit. They're very knowledgeable and make sure their patients understand their treatment plans terminology and all. Heritage really makes everyone feel like family. I arrived and didn’t have to wait long to be checked in. Made you feel comfortable and were accommodating to me listening to music while I got my teeth cleaned. Friendly staff, and I highly recommend

I preface this review by saying when me and my husband started, everything was great! We started off by seeing Dr. Nguyen who owns the dentistry and since then, I think we have each seen him twice. I enjoyed the dentistry because aesthetically it is very pleasing and the dental hygienists are very thorough and nice.
However; the past year has been atrocious. I had an appointment a little over a month ago that was canceled the day prior and I wasn’t made aware of the cancellation until then, the front desk couldn’t or wouldn’t tell me who cancelled it but did say it was due to business needs. Ok, that was fine and I was not charged the cancellation fee because I did not cause the cancellation. I asked to speak to a manager and was told someone would call me back which didn’t occur. I had to demand to speak to the manager when my appointment was rescheduled. I informed the manager that I did not appreciate a cancellation without my knowledge until the day prior. Apologies were given and that is fine.
Fast forward to a couple of weeks after that when I had to get a couple of fillings done which went well, but there were some issues with sensitivity and I called approximately a week after the work was done to schedule to come in to have the situation rectified. I was told that they would let someone know and I would be called to schedule an appointment to come in which was a falsehood. Would you believe another week went by and I called in on a Saturday and asked the front desk were notes taken that I had called about this issue and she stated yes but said she wasn’t sure what happened but she did schedule me to come in the following Monday a few days later and Dr. Cao fixed the problem. Unfortunately, this was the coup de gras.
My husband had an appointment scheduled for later this month *August* and I called and cancelled his appointment and also cancelled the appointment for my checkup which would have been in February. I was asked why and I stated because the front desk isn’t handling their responsibilities as they should and because obviously myself and my husband aren’t valued as patients that the business relationship is being terminated. I also stated that our files could be shredded and if a manager or Dr. Nguyen himself chooses to call me, I might consider keeping the practice as our dentistry. I’ve yet to receive a call and this was 2 weeks ago. I have already found another dental practice for us and my husband was seen on Thursday. If you want to deal with a lackadaisical front office staff, this is where you can go.

I needed a deep cleaning and the hygienist was so thorough! He took multiple x-rays and did not stop until the job was done right to his and the Dr satisfaction. This type of care and attention to detail is rare these days as most offices just try to get you out as soon as possible to see as many patients as they can. I'm so glad that was not the case here and I received great care. I highly recommend this office!

Been going here for years, it's not clean anymore, no treasure box for kids, have not received a free toothbrush, toothpaste, and floss in years. They always said they are out. Found a dead roach. Dentist are nice, but they need better cleaning company/personnel.

I’ve always felt cared for every time I come here. They are so attentive and make sure my experience is the best one. I would definitely recommend anyone who needs to come for any dental work to stop by!

This was my very first time here and I had absolutely great experience— besides me being nervous throughout the whole process, they made sure I was very comfortable and took a great care of me. They actually DO care and to me, that matters. Definitely will be coming back. Awesome staffs. Great Doctor!

Great dentist! Quality dental care and they worked with our insurance. Very nice modern office and friendly professional office staff. My son has special needs and Heritage Dental is taking care of his complex dental needs. I'm very glad I found Heritage Dental.

Wonderful experience! Upfront about your needs and how urgently you should address them. There was no pain at any point during my visit, this truly helps keep your nerves down. They are prompt in seeing you and offer multiple preventative treatments. The practice is the most well maintained office I’ve seen. Every thing is clean, smells nice and is inviting. Not to mention they earth conscious regarding unnecessary paper waste.

The wait time was a bit lengthy but once I met Dr. Pham it was sooooooo worth the wait. She has an amazing attitude, she cares for her patient and she also educate her patient (which I find most important). Her staff is very warm welcoming and this is also what I look for when I’m entering the doctors office. Thank you all. I look forward to seeing you again, Dr. Pham and staff!

Nice experience, better than the previous dental facility I went to. I’m younger so I’m glad there was a lot more to do in the lobby then jus the tv. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. Might not matter but they have TVs in the rooms but they’re postioned in the room which is pretty cool. Overall it’s the best dental center I’ve been to. I came back again, loved it.

Great place for dentistry. The office is very modern from a technological point of view. The entire support staff is extremely well trained. The dentist, herself, gives outstanding advice and care. As a physician, I am most satisfied.

I have been going here for at least 2 years. After my first cleaning I had to request that the hygienist that did my cleaning to never touch my mouth again.
They also do a gums measuring exam. It always irritates my gums/teeth. I was there for a routine cleaning. My teeth weren't bothering me until after I left. Now the upper right side is very sensitive to air. Next time I will forego the gum exam. They are real bad about pushing things your probably don't really need. Don't be afraid to tell them no.
I will continue to go there because they are one of the few dentist that have Saturday service.

Staff is super friendly and courteous. Dr. Monica is a real professional with excellent technique. Dr. Pham is so compassionate and thinks about the patient's pain level whenever she works with anyone.
