We visited many dealerships in Tyler and two in Longview and would rate Hank and Heritage at the top. They were great to work with!

Bought a new Mitsubishi Oulander here and everyone seemed nice. Had my first oil change and overall went well. They were friendly and professional. Only had 3 people waiting for their vehicles so I was a little impatient but it was two days before Thanksgiving so I am sure some employers were on PTO. Overall, no problems with them or my vehicle so far. Purchased at the end of September so I've had it almost 3 months.

We had a phenomenal experience working with Hank Hester. Whenever we posed a question his responses are always detailed, well researched and thoughtful. We never felt being rushed and no question was downplayed. He will not waste your time with generic responses or copy-paste emails.

Quality Dealership experience. Took my car in for a recall on my abs module and to see if they would do my 02 sensors that I had some trouble with. I told them what would need to be done for 02 sensors to be replaced and they told me no problem, let me check in with a tech to get a quote and ill get back to you. They called back with a quote and I told them to go for it. They called again the next day telling me that they wouldn't be able to do my sensors, but that they are getting my car back together and should here from them soon. 4 days later they call me and tell to I can come get my car, but they couldn't do the recall for some stuff out of their hands. When I got there to pick up my car, they had actually told me instead of doing what I asked for the sensors, they tried a different way, partially breaking said sensors, then telling me there was nothing else they could do for me and its what I should expect having an older (2007) vehicle.

Customers should be treated as Customers not burdens and should definitely be kept in the loop with their vehicle they shouldn't have to call the dealership bc the dealership doesn't want to call them almost makes my family want to just take the car back!

It would be great if when brought in for service a quick courtesy wash and vacuum were done. Toyota use to do this when I had my Toyota.

Great place to purchase a new vehicle! Surprised my wife, the salesman Kalimba even came to our house to sign paperwork. He worked hard to get us an awesome deal and the warrant coverage is a great deal too!

It's a great place to buy a vehicle. Hank Hester was awesome. He didn't pressure me let make my ouw mind up. I couldn't believe how quick we were out of there with my new outlander. Prices are great.

Absolutely atrocious customer service from the parts department. Girl working the parts counter apparently did not want to do her job on Saturday, refused to look up parts, then flat out told me "next time, you should call ahead". I ordered my parts online from a different mitsu dealer, had them 2 days later. Put in a complaint with the email system, not even a call back from the GM. Garbage store. Horrible staff.

Visited Heritage Mitsubishi last week Tuesday and was highly impressed with the PR given to me after so many years of being away from them. Coming back, I received the same courtesy and kindness from the employees
If there's any rating over 5 Star, they really deserve it

Bought my Mitsubishi in Dallas right before moving home to Shreveport. 2 weeks after I moved home, the Mitsubishi dealership here was closed. I take care of maintenance & repairs through mechanics here, but now and again, there is something that ONLY a Mitsubishi man knows how to fix. The team here was professional & courteous and treated me like family. The repair I needed was less than $100!
