4People get kittens/cats and then abandon them when they move out and management prohibits residents from feeding these poor babies that never asked to be in the position they’re in; homeless and hungry. Even in temperatures exceeding 100 degrees the water bowls left out disappear. The maintenance man boarded up the bottom of a trailer and trapped cats under there to die. Terrible people, God is watching!
Some places are good but most of the rentals are trashy. They don't keep up on the appearance and I think they have the same problem with maintaining other stuff. I wasn't even looking to rent. I was just checking it out for my son and I told him no.
Nothing gets fixed.ie.security lighting.out.junk every where poor management.
You need a good discrimination and directions of the mobile home. There are few street signs and mobile home numbers. It’s a maze.
