Extraordinary service from the time you come in and speak with the girls at the front desk, to being seen by the back office team and finishing up out the door. Very professional, caring, attentive and compassionate. 3 years was the last time i was seen and this place makes me want to maintain a strict return policy. I would Highly recommend going to see the professionals at Heritage Modern Dentistry. Now, for the special kudos to Dr. Dimmerling for her observant and critical compassion to my problems. Ms. Karen. Hygienist who went above and beyond the standard level of care and my expectations. Her approach to the whole cleaning process left me amazed and feeling that a cleaning was actually completed. HIGHLY recommend. The rest of the RDA's who were very friendly and keep my kiddos entertained.

Dr. T of the Pediatric side of the house, took tender loving care with my three kids and ensured to explain everything in detail. Her level of professionalism to include her team of assistants had my kids enjoying their stay and not wanting to leave. This does wonders in instilling proper oral hygiene care and doctor to Patient relationships.
OVERALL, this office is one that takes in patients and makes friends and families out of them. They will not disappoint!

Fantastic Dental office! I had an emergency walk in visit for a filling, and they were more than helpful with every step. Dr. Dimerling, and Assistant Zinnia are the best dentists I have been too and would highly reccomend them to anyone who needs help with dentristy. COME here and you will not regret it! 6 Stars!

I had been a loyal patient to this office until Maholtra (orthodontist) took over ortho. We met once in May of 2020 due to Covid. Hadn’t stepped foot in the office since January 2020. During our initial visit I thought he was attentive and potentially a good ortho until All of my appointments had been changed and his office claimed their system was glitching and that they were calling 48 hours in advance to confirm appointments. I NEVER received a phone call. Finally, I got back into the office in October/November time. This specific appointment was for my cleaning and also for ortho to remove my wire so I could get my teeth properly cleaned. After services rendered on the dental side maholtra and his team did not want to put my wire back on and literally had someone come into my room and tell me that I needed to leave and come back between the hours of one and 2 o’clock if I wanted to get my wire put back on. They left me sitting in that room for more than 30 minutes before coming in telling me that they couldn’t put my wire on until later that afternoon. One of his team members claimed that they didn’t have me scheduled to put my wire back on until later in the afternoon. I refused to leave without the wire getting put back on. Come to find out they wanted to go to lunch and have me come back after their lunch hour. I overheard the ortho staff specifically, Dr.maholtra talking about this. By the way, my appointment was for 11 AM for my wire to get put back on. A couple of days later Corina, an office manager, calls me to tell me that she had issues with my previous insurance company refusing to pay balances owed from 2018 and 2019 and wanted me to pay the remaining balances they failed to collect from my insurance. My entire balance was paid in full in February 2019.

Prior to Covid ortho has had three different orthodontist take over that side of this office. I find it highly suspicious that Maholtras team is the only ortho that has had issues with any of my insurance companies paying for any portion of my dental needs. Also, over the years no one has ever communicated with me about insurance companies refusing to pay. And after being treated the way that I was during my cleaning in late 2020 all of a sudden maholtra‘s team is trying to figure out away to get more money out of me. I tried to move to a different location, specifically the Keller location.today the day of my appointment with the ortho out of that office calls me and tells me they don’t feel comfortable taking over my treatment and that I would have to pay again for that orthodontist services. All of these ortho‘s and doctors are in the same corporate network. These are not private practice doctors. Additionally, why is it in 2020 and now in 2021 this office is informing me of issues of collecting payments from 2018 and 2019.if I haven’t said this before, I’ve already paid my portion in full. It’s not my responsibility to make up the difference if any previous ortho team failed to do their job and bill my insurance prior to now. Also, why is it that the dental side has received all payments without issues?

I have really bad dental anxiety and Zinnia and Dr. Dimerling were both amazing! I can't say enough good things about them. They were patient, friendly, communicative and kind throughout my entire visit. I am so thankful I made the switch to this office. Taylor helped me with billing and she was transparent with all costs and gave me options that made me feel better. I definitely recommend this place to everyone!

Our entire family has dental anxiety and dread dental appointments so much we only go if it's an emergency; I know awful. We have been to several dentists over the years in the area and never go back due to old equipment, over-pricing or the dentist sucked. HOWEVER, this experience was by far the best experience we have had at a dentist office. 1. Most importantly the dentist Dr. Griffin Park was exceptional, honest and eased all anxiety. 2. Of course we had a dental emergency and they saw my husband within 30 minutes, found the issue and corrected it same day, same hour! 3. Their equipment is new technology, I found out this is very important during a dental experience. 4. Office staff was very welcoming and helpful, this can actually be rare. 5. They were honest and affordable.

We are VERY happy and we will all return for checkups and cleanings. Thank you for helping us in a painful situation!

I could not possibly have a lower opinion of a practice. From their customer service to the quality of their work to their prices, once could find better options at any other office. We are out over $1000 and had to have the work redone (for 1/5 of the cost) at our new dentist due to the poor quality.

Dr. Zhanna is absolutely amazing. This was by far the best dental experience I've ever had, and I was there for a ROOT CANAL! She was kind, caring, and checked on me continuously. I will continue being treated there, as well as take my 3 kids to her.

Do not recommend this office. The hours are flexible and accommodating, but not worth the headache. The transition of dentist truly shows how unreliable this office is. A signed treatment plan and payment accepted, then changed dentist in the office and now all of a sudden we have to start all over. Avoid this office at all cost.

I give Heritage Modern Dentistry 5 stars. Dr. Park and his staff are the best! The office staff is exceptionally nice and helpful. Dr. Park and his nurse are amazing. They worked together to make my experience the best possible. I usually do not like going to the dentist, but today was great! Every experience has been good.

Wife went in for some dental work five days later still in pain. Was told that we would have to go Keller Modern Dentistry to get the work done. Never returned any phone calls they said they were going to do I had reach out to them myself to get answers. ABC Family Dental on Basswood blvd.would be a better choice.

They were more interested in how and when they were going to get paid the. The well being of my wife! Is how I felt

Everyone was super friendly! Christy cleaned my sons teeth and did an awesome job and was super nice! Really nice office! Will definitely be going back and recommend to everyone:)

Everyone here was amazing! They got us in as a new patient same day and even did a last minute cleaning! Assistant Ashley was extremely helpful and nice! Thank you to everyone we met today. We are now forever patients for the whole family!

Gettimg a cleaning here is like a day at the spa. The hygienist is amazing. The front office is super organized and the doctor took great care of me!

Dr. Park is an amazing dentist. I chipped my front tooth and Dr Park came in after hours and spent a lot of time fixing it for me. He is the best.

The front desk always greets you with a friendly smile and attitude. Dr. Parks is a very thorough Dentist. Everyone in the office are extremely professional.
