This place is beyond horrible. Following open heart surgery needed portable oxygen concentrator where could leave home & carry. My cardiologist faxed order to them for portable oxygen a week later I called them to find out where was, oh your doctor didn't write concentrator on it. Sigh so week later called doctor explained what happened, he sent another prescription. 5 days later I HAD to call again, to find out. Oh snap now needed another form filled out, now 3 weeks home from hospital, trapped in house due to no portable oxygen & I have to keep calling them. Finally after 3 weeks when I call AGAIN on Friday (3rd week) they say will be delivered Monday. So today this guy calls & he is delivery 20+ thanks of oxygen instead of 1 concentrator that weighs 5 pounds because since Friday now they are out of concentrator & have no idea when will get again so as they told me "too bad so sad".
