Was a patient for 2+ years. Ghosted me for 2+ months now. No response on any channels. Last thing I heard was they had an issue with finding doctors. Absolutely horrible way to conduct business

Is this place still open? We had a good experience the last time went, and hoping this could become our family dentist. But I have been trying to make an appointment for over a week. No one picks up the phone, there is no voicemail option, and the messaging option on their website has not gotten me a response either. This is weird.

Been trying to contact them for 3 weeks. Are they even still open? I tried calling their sister dental but they also don’t respond, how strange.

I have been going to this clinic for more than 2 years and I can only say that I have always had good experiences and good treatment both with the dentist, with Samanta and the other girls who work there.

Was a great experience for my kids entertainment for the kiddos while getting dental check up.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. They're all so gentle and took care of me. Best dental experience I've ever had. Had 3 teeth pulled. Didn't feel a think they were so hospitable to gentle. And I'm terrified of dentists. Ty Hermosa team for an amazing experience truly.

Mannnn this office is so unprofessional, they never answer the phone and when they do they tell you someone will call you back and the never will.i had my teeth cleaned 12/2021 and was supposed to receive a complimentary whitening tray with my insurance. The lady kept messing the trays up which caused me to have to leave and come back and when i did so the tray didn’t fit so she had to mold me again and i would have to come back again when i came back the second time to pick up she told the mold had broken… so why not call me and let me know not to come…. I have been calling them since then about my trays and have never gotten an answer. I also had to come back after getting fillings because they were unbalanced and threw my whole bite off to where my teeth weren’t touching in the back at all… to make matters worse my insurance also informed me they never sent over my X-rays for proof of prices…. It’s giving scamosa instead of hermosa. Oh and let’s not forget even if you have the earliest appointment you will still wait in the lobby for an hr-2before you’re serviced.this caused me to call in for work the first time and the second time i went to get a consultation from the ortho i had to reschedule my appointment due to them taking nearly 2 hrs making me late for work.

The visit was ok but afterwards my oldest son and daughter are feeling really bad swollen faces and pain as well.

I highly recommend Hermoso Dental. The staff is really nice, caring, accommodating, and efficient. It’s also a great environment. Dr. Ami Joshi is amazing! She really cares and provides high quality service. I get at ease and trusts her professional judgment and the care she provides.

They did such a great job with my children, My kids are always Nervous/Anxious when it comes to dental work staff was Friendly and understanding and took the time to work with them! We will continue to come back
