Hermosa Dental of Bear Creek/Copperfield, Houston TX

We were extremely disappointed for the lack of knowledge here and for very antiquated and traditional dentistry practices. They lacked in at least knowing some things better about the biologics of new proven discoveries for natural health preserving practices in dental health. So sad. I’m sure that for traditional dentistry, which they are, their care is probably good, but I was just so disappointed in their lack of knowledge, overall. We did not get the treatment we had intended due that we did not feel it would measure up to our standards for experience needed to make the right call. Pulling wisdom teeth and doing root canals is old and outdated in today’s better health practices. We only came to get a tooth filled, yet they wanted to talk about other procedures that we did not ask for. Just not a good fit for us. I give this rating because I felt they should at least have this knowledge, even if it’s not how they choose to practice. I have no complaints about the cleanliness or efficiency of the staff. It’s just hard to end up paying for a consultation that was totally not worth it. I should have called ahead to ask questions about what they know or about their standards of practice. Blew $95 for bad advice.

Their 5 star rating is well deserved. From the front desk to the tech to the doctor, they are all amazing. My previous dentist retired after treating our family for the past 35 + years. I hated the thought of finding a new one. I'm really glad I found a dentist office that is this wonderful. AND NO PAIN!

Probably the best dental clinic in the area! They are very professional and make you feel comfortable, also Karina probably one of the most coolest front desk person I ever seen!

Receptionist was very friendly and cute, would’ve put 20 stars but it’s not an option unfortunately, staff and doctor as well are an overall joy to be with, I can in as a walk in and walking out as a regular, can’t wait for my next check up:)

Dr make me feel so comfortable. Doctors spent a lot of time with me & explaining my over dental. Last but not least office is clean & modern. I
finally found it 99.9% recommended it

I was welcome with open arms by Dr. Truong and her staff. I always had a fear of going to the dentist but Dr. Truong was very gentle when working on my teeth. I was really happy with the result! I highly recommend Hermosa dental to everyone! Nothing better than awesome dentists and friendly/helpful staff.
