15Absolutely amazing! Food was great, service is even greater. Sara is a stellar server. I wish I could give her more than 5 stars. She never let our glasses get empty.
They charged me extra then they told me I would get my money back in a week but guess what? Two weeks now… then I called again and they just sent me a receipt of what they charged me extra and I called back to see what that meant? Nothing. I will dispute the charge. Don’t go here they don’t know what they’re doing when charging:)
Restaurant bar right next to the Dallas Mavericks basketball stadium. Allows you to eat and have a drink at a reasonable price (compared to inside the stadium) while watching sport on TV
Attended an event here. The food was delicious, definitely got in line again for seconds. The service provided excellent hospitality.
Attended an event here and it was amazing! The food, the atmosphere, and the service! 5 stars all around, and will recommend to all my family and friends!
Been here quite a few games to watch different sporting events. Tons of seating, multiple bars, plenty of TVs and a massive projector in the back room. Staff are great and service is always solid. This time I went for a rangers World Series game and I decided to get dinner. I ordered the Buffalo popcorn chicken and the deluxe burger. Popcorn chicken had a nice crunch and crispy exterior and tender juicy chicken inside. The deluxe burger was damn good. Soft sesame bun, juicy patty cooked perfectly medium rare/medium, nice crunch to the pickles, caramelized onions and the thousand island tops it off perfectly.
I’ve been here multiple times and every time I have the best service and food. If I had more stars to give I would.
Ok food and not a cheap option, but it's all about location, location, location.
The staff was busy but good and efficient.
Being right by the American Airlines Center, it's a great pregame stop for your food and many drinks.
I do recommend reservations for any game night or major event.
Hero is the place to be for any game day! It’s a vibe all around. Chantel will take care of you at the bar! I came right after a Mavericks game, while the Rangers were in the World Series and it was BUSY. However, Chantel and the rest of the bar tenders made sure everybody was taken care of in an orderly fashion. Hero is the place to be for any Dallas sports team game! Plus it’s in the middle of the beautiful Victory Park.
Great food and service, tomi in particular stood out to me she has an incredible personality.
The food here is good, but the service sucks. I've been here numerous times where the hosts don't even acknowledge your existence when you walk in the doors, and the servers don't care.
Edit to add: this wasn't a one time thing. I've had this issue both when this place was packed and when this place was dead.
Im 53, and just from what I remember I believe this was the 3rd worst dining experience I have ever encountered. The food was just basic bar type food. Not too much to complain about with it. Our server was Raven. She hardly ever came by to check on us. I requested a tea refill and some sauce for my dry chicken sandwich and she cleaned 6 tables off and closed out the other 2 tables in our area and still nothing. My wife had to request again. Then before we were done eating she asked if we could go ahead and pay because she was going to the Stars game. At which she closed us out and grabbed her purse and left. Now the music.we heard over and over the most graphic hip hop songs that could possibly be played. To each their own but not in a family atmosphere in public. Could t imagine this place is managed well. Last time we will visit. Probably won’t last much longer.
When the drunk college football fans talk on the bathroom, the sharp bark of their voice can pierce your eardrum! A unique experience!
Love this place great brunch drink prices for mimosas and the lunch food menu is my favorite I just love the build your own bowl I’d get it every time!
