Very bad not good with details on the load will not answer when you call and most importantly do not pay

Lacks leaderships hires family’s in same office environments. (Nepotism appears to be acceptable)
Leadership cannot support staff due to companies leadership. People work long and some work harder yet are abused or told they will get perhaps a better position but that never happens. Overall the warehouse is a revolving door no one stays because they want hard work no A/C Extreme Heat! They (company) gave out water bottles. Truly a sad set up. Almost like a human sweat shop.
Toyota really needs to review this companies practices and it really, in my opinion gives Toyota a bad reputation as far as their business practices that HERO is supporting employees. Perhaps provide or enforce some professional leadership skills or training.

I work for Hero Logistics SA Cross Dock. I'm a Logistics Specialist / Support in Document Control in the office. My manager Ike is Awesome. Fun but professional place to work.
