All you want from a CrossFit!
This is a awesome gym. Everyone is very welcoming and very encouraging. I didn’t know much about CrossFit and was pretty intimidated but Kindel (owner) talked to for a good long while answering questions and ensuring me that is wasn’t all crazy like I thought it was. Hero’s gave me something that I love and have a passion for. It’s not about who is better it’s about challenging yourself but being ok with the journey. One thing that I love a lot about this gym is that it is VERY family oriented most people have kids. Which is very comforting. Everyone is accepted. Give this place a try
