My son had a case with Herman & Herman handled by Cindy, at first they (she) was great. Then as time went on she became rude. She talked my son into taking settlement offer, which he deserved more. Cindy wouldn't give him an advance unless he did a review, which she wrote. After all was said and done, he ended up with a lot less than expected. I do not recommend this company to anyone

Herrman & Herrman is a great place for personal injury cases, they are the absolute best!

The only people they put first are the ones needing 18 wheeler surgically removed.
Otherwise they don't call back!

I am unhappy with how I was treated. A waste of almost 2yrs. I should have known they were no good when I was asked to write a review about the attorney and I had never had an encounter with him. I finally did though last week over a year after they asked me to do an online review and it was to basically tell me my case is a waste of time for them. I was treated nothing how they claim they treat people in their Ads and commercials. Between my accident the long recovery which has been hard and then dealing with this firm I am so hurt and disappointed to have been disregarded in such a manor. I have learned when it comes to law firms big isnt always better.

If I could give you negative stars I would Herman and Herman do not represent their clients matter of fact not one thing was handled during my accident by them I handled it all and in turn I got screwed over by the mechanic shop and the insurance company and the lawyer yoga’s done nothing, I now have no choice but to file bankruptcy. This accident has ruined my life. Herman and Herman and will p the lawyer never return calls made they do nothing. I’ve called to cancel my contract and no one returns my car. You guys are garbage absolutely pure garbage

My mom was told I recieved 13,000 and with everything taken out I had 7,500 left Herman and Herman attorney Steven told me I was only getting 1,800 and to settle right away me not knowing I did, and found out the truth were very well known from allot.i have a case open and I referred a lot also finding this out upsets me so much
