Hertz Car Rental, Midlothian TX

Tyler Edward's was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING in efficiency, customer service, and friendly.
I would definitely recommend this hertz to anyone in a hurry or prefers good service over price ect.

I had a rental ready for me quick and Tyler was able to make it very feasible for me to get a ride to the office to get my rental since I was without a car. Rod was my pickup driver and was very prompt and nice!

The crew there was amazing. They helped me out with a car in a pinch so I could get home, they even came to my motel and picked me up so I could get my car from them. I will most definitely recommend and will use them again if I ever need to

Was great till the end they were charging me all along and failed to explain they were going to change it which with the new total there was a 68 dollar difference which threw my checking account off and COST ME 300.00 Dollars from my saving to cover my checking. Thank God I had 300.00 in my saving. Didn't help at Christmas time. Thanks Hertz and I don't mean that in a nice way!

Quite possibly the easiest rental process I’ve done in the past, they made it quick and easy, think I’m going to be using them going forward instead of the “E”vil other company.

The comments and reviews are all TRUE. Don’t put your credit card on file. Don’t rent from here. Greg assures you everything is okay. You will be charged over 200$ for damages you didn’t do, gas you already fueled up, and a cleaning fee. I didn’t even get my deposit back when I turned the car in perfect. This place is a scam

My car was hit by another driver, and of course they didn't have any economic cars so I had to pay $360 out of pocket.

Go somewhere else.anywhere else. The midlothian airport Hertz is just out to get your money. They will say you turned the car in with damages you didn't cause and then they will just charge your credit card without proving it (can't prove something that didn't happen) and then just cease all communication. They are unprofessional, rude and are just out to help themselves. I get its a business and they have to make money but thats not the way to do it. So disappointing and wrong.

Do not get the fuel price guarantee. If you are not on empty when you return it you get charged for a full tank even if you are only a gallon low.

In the beginning the manager was very helpful when i returned my rental i was accused of smoking in the vehicle and i don’t smoke I was told the manager would call me to close out my receipt but never did i just receive a charge in my card when my insurance paid for my rental horrible customer service every time I called Steven put me on hold and never returned to the phone

Do not waste your time with these folks.either they have no training or just dont care about the customer.reserved a suv two weeks ago.only to recieve a call on friday the day before pick up that no cars are available.steveie boy tried to give me a song and dance routine about the way it is with rentals.did not work stevie, i travel for my business.in 25 years i have not experienced the bull-it that you tried to pull.remember this snowflake, you work for the customer, not the other way around.and you never know what large corporate accounts your putting at risk when you act like you did.however your fixing to.

I highly recommend avoiding this company with everything you can. Or be prepared to be changed random fees, poor customer service, and low quality car. Try to ask to speak to a manager, they're not a liberty to give you contacts.

Avoid Hertz, go anywhere else. Because they will give you a dirty car, and charge you for their internal communication problems and lack of quality.

Funny thing - I saw many reviews saying this happened to them while renting from this company, and I trust I wouldn't have any issues. But nope - they must be hurting for cash because be prepared to screwed.

The Midlothian one has Always seemed helpful and FRIENDLY. Plan to Hopefully use them again-:)
