Facility is somewhat confusing. Upon arrival, I wasn't sure where to go being there are two areas with counters. For an airport location, they seemed to be short staffed; one person behind the counter and the other staff person being trained.
Nice fleet of electric vehicles, non electric fleet was limited but clean and presentation was good. I picked a great vehicle only to be told I couldn't drive off the lot because the vehicle had a safety issue. That was the only disappointing part of my experience.

Good staff fixed an issue from IAH location. Bus driver to airport was friendly and helpful.

Does anyone ever answer a phone? Trying to swap a vehicle and their phone hangs up when trying to contact a local employee

No cars available. Had to wait 40 minutes for a car.
When they receive a return, didn't clean it well at all. Drove off the lot and saw the No key alarm on the dashboard so had to return and wait another 10 for the next car

Gold plus member with a reservation. Waited over 40 mins for my rental. The manager has no idea what’s happening. This is beyond unacceptable and they don’t tell you this until they confirm your payment and have you sign your agreement. Once the vehicle arrived the side mirror was broken. They turned around and gave it to another guest. Definitely won’t be renting from this location again

VERY slow and not enough staff. Took an hour or more just to get the car we reserved weeks in advance.

Mist of the people were great. 1 They advertise hybrid s, no its either gas or EV. 2 1stcar, Bolt, got to the gate, wrong milage was entered, had to go back and get another car, unload and reload 2nd car. 2nd car, navigation flips out, pull over to reset, car will not restart, had to all support, unload everyone, it's 103.4 yro Grandson cooking, finally get it restarted, now 1 hrs.behind
Next day went and got gas car. They gave us 2nd car and 3d car key fobs, had to go back and return 2nd car fob.
By the way web site hours are wrong and you can't just call the local office. What a fiasco. Ack to Enterprise!

Hands down the WORST business travel rental company. There was nobody at the counter at 3: 30 in the afternoon! I finally found the manager in a meeting in his office and he had someone issue me a car.

The car I reserved was not ready when I arrived. I was put into a junk Nissan SUV that had no Android Auto or navigation capability. It was a terrible vehicle and fuel economy was awful.

Upon return there was NOBODY on the lot to check in the vehicle and after searching for 10 minutes I finally located a woman who took the car in, but couldn't print a receipt. Email receipts only, and an hour later I still have not received the receipt.

I will NEVER rent from Hertz again.

I would give zero stars but I can’t. Night shift “manager” Anna is a horrible disgusting human being! My sister and brother in law had a reservation. Anna decided it was up to her “discretion” who she’s going to give a car to. They often use hertz and are gold members and Anna decided to pay them for their loyalty by threatening to call the police. Anna went on to give everyone in line a car and had several vans and cars remaining at closing time but still wouldn’t give them a car! They had to Uber to a random hotel as they couldn’t make it anywhere else so late at night without a car! I can’t believe Anna is management quality for Hertz!

Beware, if there is a chance your evening flight is delayed, this place will not be open past midnight regardless of what the customer support says. After several delays, I called to see if I would be able to pick up my reservation at the estimated arrival time or make other plans. They had my flight number and confirmed. When we arrived, we and another family (that also called prior) were left waiting for over an hour watching other rental companies make the rounds before relenting. Save yourself the worry and frustration and book with Avis or Budget.

They were on point this trip! The shuttle was waiting at the airport and my wait upon returning the car was prompt.

I've been a Hertz Gold member for many years and never had a problem. This time their computers were down, no rentals had keys in them, we had to go to three desk to get our rental, and only two desk clerks could check people in. They line was out the door. When we got our key, we were told to just walk around the lot pushing the remote and listening for a horn. Imagine every customer having to do this! And the staff supposedly checking cars in didn't have enough to do and were standing around but couldn't help people find their rental. It took us over an hour to get our rental. The kicker is our flight was only an hour.

Hertz saved my butt! I showed up with a reservation for another car rentL place. Turns out they closed at 6, and my flight landed at 6! Hertz still had cars available at this location. Don't know what I would have done without them.

Terrible disgusting location low class better yet no class workers lazy nobody knows nothing I made a reservation I showed up and they can’t honor my reservation because they don’t have enough cars. What a ghetto location go somewhere else I rented from Turo. They had my car ready in two hours.
