16 I am truly apalled at how absurdly people want to abuse their customers. How is it possible that today's employee 12-27-22 tells me that he is going to charge me more money for not picking up the rental car at 9 am but at 5 pm. The company really has to take action on the matter because if you continue like this, customers will stop trusting you. In the end, the one who was going to use the car for less time paying the same price was me.
On top of that, I asked him if what he was doing was part of Hertz's policy and he told me NO but since I didn't arrive on time I have to pay because they ran out of cars and he was going to give me another more expensive one.
The people here are kinda the worst. There is an obvious situation going on right now with people trying to rent cars and they do not have the decency to update their website for the past 2 days that they are not renting one way cars. We made two reservations on two separate days only to get there and call for them to tell us they would not give us the car. Why waste our time? I’m sure it takes a few minutes to update their location to no longer accept one way reservations. It is extremely unprofessional and by far THE WORST car rental experience I have ever had.

Friendly staff. Would be nice if they had a public restroom. As most people have been on the road for a bit. The restaurant a couple of door down were nice to let me use theirs. But it was dirty. When you have to go you have to go.
You can't reach anybody on the phone to get help with questions. If you pick the option to talk to a person, it just hangs up on you. So annoying! The desk person at the airport didn't put all the information they needed out where the cars were and I had to walk all the way back in to the airport desk to change one thing and then walk all the way back to where the cars are, which is tough when you're disabled with a walker. They should be able to fix something like that at the desk where the cars were. Not a good experience.
I conduct a lot of my business and personal rentals with Hertz. One personal in particular is Miguel Ortiz. He is very thorough when finding the right vehicle for my needs and I'm more than positive he would do the same for you. There is no corner that Miguel will cut when it comes to his service and professionalism. I recommend you call or walk in and ask for him.
After being given 4 different confirmation emails saying “you’re set” by Enterprise and then they call to tell you we have no cars. Destiny Ruiz came through and made sure a 10 day road trip up through New Mexico got off to the start it needed. Thank you very much for helping us out. We will never use Enterprise again.
I called and reserved and get there and you don't have my car. First and last time using them. Back to Enterprise.
They provided me with a dirty truck inside and out, had a weird smell. Last but not least, asked for a ride across the street. A employee by the name of Rene was bothered that he had to give me a ride. He told me " don't you have legs to walk" I was astound with his comment. I said you guys provide shuttle service, and asked him do we have a problem, his answer was " yes I have a problem because of people like you " I asked for his name then his demeanor changed right away. Worse customer service and horrible vehicles.
Brittany Robinson was very professional and wonderful to work with! She followed through with everything and was very thorough!:) she made it a wonderful experience!
Person I spoke to on the phone was very nice. I called because I was returning a car at a different location and they were not open at the time they were supposed to be. She got me an eta for when they'd be open and an alternative option for dropping off my car in case I was in a hurry. I did not actually do business at this location though.
The lady at the Killeen airport Hertz was amazing! She was friendly, helpful, patient and her customer service was second to none! Please thank her for taking care of us!
Worst customer service. First 4 time's I called they just pick up and don't say anything. Then the 5 Time the pick up and hang up. And now they won't answer my phone call all together. I'm trying to book a reservation for a month but they're ignoring my calls.
Best place to rent a car had no problems getting and returning from my vacation. Britney was great answered all my questions will be renting a car again soon
We made a reservation for a full size Sedan and when we got there they offered us a small Nissan Rogue.
Being this our last option due to schedule we took it.
Don't expect the cars to be fully cleaned or sanitized.
4th+ time renting from this location. Friendly staff and no issues getting my vehicle from different people each time. Don't know why there are negative remarks for this location. Thanks
CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND WELCOMING. THE CAR WAS CLEAN, FRESH, TANK WAS FULL & MAINTENANCED WELL.
