13Jaycee has renewed my faith that GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE is not a thing of the past. She went o er and beyond to make a bad experience better. We needed a car and they were overbooked. However a last minute cancelation came in and she made sure we were taken care of. Hertz needs to know that afents like her are the only reason I still do business with them. Please if you reserve online, know that you may not get a car, they are almost always overbooked, but the agents in the store are not responsible. They have ZERO control over online bookings. Please be pleaseant to these agents and they will do everything they can to mke your experience better. Thank you Jaycee.
When I tell you to stay away I mean that with every part of me. They lied and then when I called them on it they said they don’t care. They will overcharge you every way they can and they will show 0 remorse for any of it
At the Hertz rental location counter, attempted to rent a vehicle 8/07/23,8AM, they refused to talk to us. Took our number said they would call us.
I returned the vehicle before the due back day and time and I received a very rude call stating action is in effect as I have not returned the vehicle, I then spoke to a lady which was also very rude and cut me off several times as she didn't want to listen to me. This all adds up to the location not closing the rental agreement out in a timely manner upon me returning the vehicle. I tried to call the location and wasn't able to get to speak to a person due to an automated line. 3 days later the deposit hold is still on my credit card as well. I rent from hertz on a regular basis and sadly this will be my last time renting from them.
I rent with Hertz some 30 times a year, typically from airport locations in the city I'm traveling. I have recently needed a local rental on two separate occasions. I booked through the Hertz app and somehow the date was changed to an incorrect date both times (may be user error?). The ladies in the office have gone above and beyond to accommodate me even when I may have mis booked my reservation. They are extremely pleasant and helpful and have saved me twice now! Thank you so much for two amazing experiences!
They never answer the phone when trying to reach them.they have some polite employees but others seem to not really care. Or it's not their job. I like heartz just not this location so much. I have brought this up several times n still not fixed after 1 1/2 years.
I was in and out very quick with my rental car. I picked up the car at the end of the business day but I was still charged for that day as if I had rented the car that morning. The employee told me the rentals are not based on the time they are rented out.
Horrible experience! I booked through Priceline months in advance only to be told I had to have a major credit card to book this under and if I used my debit card it had to be a $500 deposit. I went to Avis and had a wonderful experience. I would not go with these people, and they were not compassionate at all!
Went to rent a car from here. Booked online. Car was 242.00 for the week. Got to the location and they told us we had to pay a $500.00 deposit on top of the rental cost plus $668.00 for the rental insurance. That is ridiculous! Went to Avis instead. $320.00 for the week everything included.
Customer service was good but unfortunately they ask for a Credit card and they cannot take payment with a bank card via debit card! Not everyone has a credit card.
I have to say hands down, I will recommend hertz for all people looking to rent a car. My experience with them was amazing, they were very polite, and patient also very willing to help. The process to rent a car is super easy, unlike other companies. Thank you for your service’s.
Tried renting a car through hertz and did it all online with a help representative and made a reservation for 10am and then I get to the place and they tell me we can't take ur card till 3pm and a 500$ deposit that was never mentioned well they just lost a customer and 1400
