Noel with Hesse Schneiderjohn designed HVAC for my new construction including all duct work. Design and installation were flawless. The installation crew completed my install just as promised. Curtis has completed all post install follow up checks in a positive professional manner. In February 2021 Texas experienced 100 year record breaking cold. My HVAC performed flawless. Absolutely outstanding performance from all the folks at Hesse Schneiderjohn.

We very much appreciated Trevor through this process of replacing our old non functional zoned ac system in our house. When the techs arrived, they were well prepared to remove the old system and install the new. The job began at 7am and was completed by 2pm. Much faster than we expected.

All of the techs were very knowledgeable, courteous, and showed great pride in their work. My hats off to all of them. When the job was completed, they cleaned up the areas in which they were working, and you couldn’t tell anyone had been there. Before they left they ensured the system was working properly, and ensured that both of us knew how to operate the system and all of our questions were answered.

We have used H-S for maintenance over the past several years and have been very satisfied. We decided it was time to finally replace our 29 year-old heat pump - it's true that you cannot stop a Trane. We called the H-S office and talked to Trevor. We told him we needed an estimate for a new system and he said he would come by the next day. Trevor inspected our home and attic, inside and out and said he would email an estimate - I received the estimate the same day! We didn't even shop for another estimate because we trust H-S. Our installation crew came by yesterday and the entire system was up and running perfectly in less than four hours. Mondo and his crew were great! Professional, skilled and efficient - couldn't be better. Trevor came by for the installation and spent time with us to answer any questions. Great experience! I called Noelle and needed help with removing unit for remodel. They got on it when I needed it done. They re-installed it a day earlier than I expected. Great service and help when I needed it. They did a neat and clean job.

My husband and I had the crew from Hesse-Schniederjan come out to bid on the installation of central air and heat in our 2300 sq/ft shop (metal building). The guys from Hesse were far and away the most up front about exactly what it would take to adequately control the temperature in the space. Ultimately, we chose Hesse do the work because they were clearly the most knowledgeable and honest about the job and pricing. The work performed by Hesse-Schniederjan is absolutely outstanding. The duct work is clean and tucked out of the way and the inside air handler is perfectly situated in the shop so that it is not in the way or at risk of being damaged. The installers also cleaned up after the installation and left the space as clean as they found it. I highly recommend Hesse-Schniederjan for any job, large or small. Just installed XV20i. Appreciated the whole process from the sales rep Trevor to the installers mondo Jared and Zander who were top notch. Highly recommend this company to do all your work from competed installs to trouble shooting the problem. Big fan of their maintenance agreement and 10 year labor warranty.

We recently upgraded our old HVAC system with Hesse-Schniederjan. We chose them because they had done a maintenance check and repair on the air conditioner; therefore, we felt confident using them for upgrade. It was effortless and a pleasure from start to finish. Trevor did a complete inspection of old system, gave us multiple equipment and price options. No pressure. Trevor answered all questions. Once we picked out which one we wanted Trevor scheduled the job - kept us updated and the installer (s) did a fantastic job. No surprises. No hidden costs. Excellent company to work with.

My A/C went our in August. The service folks were here the same day and added refrigerant. Two days later it had leaked out. They came back again and did a leak check and found a leak in the coil. They replaced the coil and got the system up and running again. Excellent job overall. I would recommend this company to any one needing service or a new system install.

I just had two minisplit systems installed in my shop. When I first called they responded fast and scheduled an appointment to measure. Trevor showed up on time and was pleasant. Trevor sent the quote quickly and it was fair. He later brought his install manager out after we decided to go with them who was very knowledgeable and was on time then as well. Communication was great all the way up until install day. The install was completed faster than expected and it works great. They were a polite, hard working install crew. Hesses bid was not the cheapest nor the most expensive of the three bids I got, but I am very satisfied. Call Trevor!
