Employment Review of Heyl Truck Lines:

I am writing to share my deeply disappointing experience with Heyl Truck Lines and express my concerns regarding the treatment of drivers within the company. It is my firm belief that Heyl operates more like a driver mill rather than a company that genuinely cares about the well-being of its drivers. I feel compelled to caution any prospective drivers about the practices and treatment they may encounter if they choose to join this organization.

One of the most significant issues I faced during my time at Heyl Truck Lines was the company's blatant disregard for the financial stability of its drivers. Despite enticing promises of good pay and bonuses, the reality falls far short of expectations. Drivers often find themselves on the road for weeks on end, struggling to earn a decent income. The bonuses that are dangled in front of drivers as an incentive are rarely, if ever, actually received. They appear to be nothing more than empty promises intended to entice new recruits.

Furthermore, Heyl Truck Lines creates an environment that lacks any sense of a family-oriented culture. While the company claims to value the well-being of its employees, this claim contradicts the reality on the ground. Drivers are frequently left out on the road for extended periods without consideration for their family commitments or personal needs. The lack of empathy and understanding demonstrated by the company contributes to a toxic work environment that does not prioritize the well-being of its drivers.

In my specific case, I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Adam St Pierre, a driver manager at Heyl Truck Lines. I must emphasize that having him as a driver manager only exacerbated my troubles. Adam consistently displayed a lack of professionalism and failed to address my concerns effectively. It was clear that he lacked interest in resolving issues or providing meaningful support to the drivers. Drivers who find themselves under Adam's management should be prepared for a frustrating experience that may hinder their ability to thrive in their roles.

In conclusion, Heyl Truck Lines falls significantly short of delivering on its promises and fails to create an environment that prioritizes the well-being of its drivers. The company operates more like a driver mill, placing its own interests above those of its drivers. The financial instability, broken promises, and absence of a family-oriented culture are major red flags that should give any prospective driver pause before considering a position with Heyl Truck Lines. If drivers value their careers and personal lives, I strongly advise them to explore other options that prioritize their well-being rather than joining this organization.

Furthermore, I urge clients and potential business partners of Heyl Truck Lines to examine the treatment of their drivers and carefully consider whether this is a company they want to engage in business with. The questionable practices and disregard for the well-being of drivers raise serious concerns about the company's ethics and values.

This company is absolutely horrible when it comes to safety. I had one of their drivers run into my SUV and they’re saying they’re not liable for the actions of the driver. Be extra vigilant when you see the heyl logo on the road because it starts at the office and if the office isn’t concerned about the driver’s actions then I completely understand why a driver would act so reckless. Just be extra safe for you and the truck driver whenever you see a Heyl driver around you please

Welp how do i get one these super trucker jobs i too want to watch videos while driving a 80000 lb vehicle. Your driver must be oblivious to the DOT regulations fines and penalties. Im going to cut to the chase i witnessed 1 of your drivers in truck # 22259 headed north on i35 just b4 hillsboro tx at around 0730 1/07/2023 with his phone in clear view he had some movie or video playing he was paying more attention to his phone than the road. I hope this reaches higher up management or your safety team. Drivers like this give us Professional truck drivers a bad name
