At first I wasn't sure because the phone service that answered the call was kind of vague and just told me they would call me right before my appt. Even when I asked for estimate she told me same thing. They did call me in the morning and gave me estimate which was great price. He came out and made me a key for my car in no time. Was very polite, nice and on time. Will definitely keep their phone number if I ever need a locksmith again in the future.

So glad this locksmith was able to program a new key fob for my car. It didn't take him long either. This was the 2nd Locksmith we called after our first locksmith couldn't spent an hour trying to program a new one and was unsuccessful and ended up draining the car battery. I would definitely use this company again!

I needed a new car key since i so responsibly misplaced my keys.the technician seemed as if he didn’t speak much English, which made the process a smidge uncomfortable. And they said he’d be out here in 45 minutes but it ended up being a little over an hour (but that’s usually how these things go) ultimately the dealership had me quoted somewhere over 300 and said they’d be waiting days for parts … this man was out here and handing me a key about two hours of me initially calling this company. Hopefully i won’t have to call them again, but they’ll be my first call next time i lose my key lol

The technician was super knowledgeable and explained all that was needed… two knew keys only. Thought a whole new switch was needed for my ignition. Not the case. Very satisfied.

I forgot to grab the name of the kid. He was very professional and informative. He came on time and made a duplicate key fob for my car. Pricing was a little bit high but they provided exceptional service. I will call them again in case of emergency lockout. Five star for High Five Auto Locksmith. Good job.

Very good job but expensive $450 DLLs in less than an hour is too much for me but hey. If you need it you have to pay now I even want to become a locksmith it leaves good money

I didn't catch the kids name but he was professional and got the job done lickety split. On our way in no time flat.

Locksmith arrived, damaged our door. We told him to stop several times and he continued trying anyway. He finally was able to open the door but the frame was damaged. Frustrating because we asked him to stop before it was damaged. $215 for something that should have cost $90.
