Hibachi Grill & Buffet Restaurant, Baytown TX

The food was fresh and delicious. They are constantly cleaning surfaces and floor. They have a large option of food to choose from. They also provide mask and gloves as soon as you enter.

Alot of cold food that I would of loved to have my 1st time and last but I still tipped the waiter always remember it's not there fault

Food didn't seem as good as before. But my judgment may be altered by the constant irritation of having a server sending behind me and look for me every time I left the table. I felt like I was back in school being monitored the whole time or in the store and they thought I was going to steal. I will never go back to hibachi again.

I'm not a big fan of buffet style food. (Went with a family member) so my opinion my be screwed. There food was okay but the floor was dirty and the sushi was dry. You get what you pay for.

Great place to pig out. Don't eat breakfast if you're planning on going here. The buffet is always fresh and the waitresses are always tending to the buffet. They don't seem to be under staffed at all. Good price for this size of buffet. Would eat here on a monthly basis.

Tried it as a maps Chinese restaurant near me suggestion, knew nothing about buffets in my new city of residence and this eatery was clean, conveniently priced, and staff was courteous. As far as the many food selections they offered, we were less than impressed. The pan-fried crabs were nice and I hate that food was not so good because it was a really nice place. However, it's nothing that a better chef couldn't clear up for Hibachi. Thanks for the welcome.

Most buffets these days are quantity over quality but not this place. The selection isn't as veried as alot of other buffets but what they do have is amazing! I love coming here with friends and family! Friendly staff and good food especially for the price. Will definitely be back!

Always a treat to dine here. The food is great, there is a vast assortment of choices to choose from. I would only say that it would be great if they added fresh sliced jalapeños to the hibachi bar selections like the other location.

Food here is great for an "all you can eat" place. My only recommendation is that you get it during lunch or early dinner. When it gets to late the quality of the food goes way down so don't come right before the close.

Normally like this place but we had a hair on our fried chicken and they only gave us $2 off! Very disappointed and disgusted. Will not be back.

Very BAD SERVICE AND RUDE. I called to place an order for my favor app and the guy told me they weren’t taking orders at the moment and hung up in my face. I called back and he stated the same thing and when I asked why to let the customer know, he hung up in my face again. Once I arrived to the restaurant I asked again and he stated he didn’t understand what I was saying while sitting on the bench playing in his phone. So I couldn’t place the order I have to fix the order and it’s priced by the pound which is confusing and I don’t know where nothings at. I told them I had a 3rd party favor order and no one knew what I was talking about. I then said favor, uber eats, DoorDash etc and both the guy and woman acted as if they didn’t know what I was saying but you guys have your restaurant on the app. No one attempted to help me whatsoever! I won’t be back

I've been to all the other Chinese buffets in the surrounding areas and this is by far the best one. Very clean and sanitized. Waitresses very attentive and the food tastes really good. Hands down the best buffet in the Houston-area.

It was very good. I just moved to the area and I will be going back. Large selection, good food, clean, and nice people.

You would think being shut down during covid they would have did a deep clean. The food quality is really poor. On the steam tables you can see where the water is hot but the food is Luke warm. Greasy tasting.just down right nasty.

Is very good and have lots of different choices off food that you can choose and pick and besides when u want shrimp fried rice with lomain u take it 2 the frier guys and they will cook it 4 u and take care of u and leave u happy at all times and ect

Use to be great food just over priced and service not good for 2 buffets with drinks is $35.47 on Satand sun we even came before 5pm. I know now not to come on the weekends.

My family usually loves this place we go regularly. Unfortunately we went in for a late dinner which is when it didn't make sense that they would take the time to seat us if they were going to kick us out soon after. The worker came to our table and just said 9: 30 not only til after did we understand what she meant it it was time for us top leave Not only that! They were putting away the food and the food that was out for grabs was cold! That was our first terrible experience here. Definitely the type of terrible experience that makes us reconsider ever taking our business here.
