Employees were very helpful today, we received help in a timely manner one of the employees spent a lil time shooting hoops with the kiddos, good job keep up the good work, the store was nice and neat
I have been a great customer for hibbet stores until today. Raylan or however these manager lady name is not the best person to be attended by. Last time I stop by the almeda-genoa mall store.
The employee told me that they've been having problems with the other stores not sending off the packages. I ordered the LeBron's as a gift last Thursday and I received them today. Wednesday. When I tracked the package it stated that my package had not been shipped. It sat still in the warehouse from the first day i ordered them up until yesterday when I called. Terrible customer service. Had I not called i would have never got my shoes. Now I know why there is never any customers in the store. My first and last time shopping there.
I've been coming to this store for a minute and they've always been super cool and friendly. The customer service is great and the clothing and shoe selection is better than most stores. They go above and beyond at this store for the customers.
The store for hard to find shoes! Just bought a pair of Adidas NMD from Juwan and wanted to leave a great review for him! He was very helpful and nice! Thank you!
