I shop there all the time for my son, but after this Christmas they flat ticked me off! One lady helped me find hoodies in my son's size and handed me two Oakley hoodies which I purchased. After Christmas we went, with the receipt, to exchange one because I swear it was defective. The length was the same but the arm holes were too small, sleeves too narrow, he had to struggle to get his head through the neck and it was marked adult XL not slim or petite. Anyways even with the receipt and her being the same one there that handed me the hoodie to begin with she told me I could not exchange it without the tags because they cant sell it without them. I have never ever been told that at Hibbets or any other store ever!
This place has a very nice selection of sporting goods and sporty casual wear items. The prices are not cheap, but there are occasional sales.

I had a woman within return order they had me bring it to Hibbett who has a new business inside of of the store Hibbett was really great helping me with my return and I got a Hibbett coupon to use anytime they were great thank you Michael for all your help wish I could give you up 10 stars
