Hibbett Sports, Little Elm TX

I had to return the items at the Little Elm, Texas store. Let’s just say, that lack a lot of pride and enthusiasm at the store.

I love that I can always find what I am looking for at a great price when shopping at Hibbett.

Terrible soccer selection, uninformed employees and ridiculously loud music. Walked in for cleats and the guy barely knew what a cleat was.

Customer service here lacked today! 1st time in this store and it was not what I expected from a place wanting repeat customers. I don’t know what type of day they were having but I had nothing to do with it. Guy with the braided bun needs some customer service and return policy training. I was left at the register as if the mic was dropped on me and was basically told my return could not be completed due to selecting UPS return vs store. (Just because I was emailed a return label they couldn’t take my in store return) I was then quickly left alone basically at the register as if our conversation was done. I went outside and contacted Customer service and she laughed and stated she would remain on the line until my return was completed in store. (She was great over the phone) During my 2nd attempt to return, a lady next to me also seemed to be having issues returning and before she left she stated “thanks for your help though you didn’t do anything” and his response was simply “yeah”. No apology no nothing. Once my return was completed I was curious to see if I would get one and never once did I get “my fault” “my apologies” for the inconvenience, nothing. “Have a good day”, nothing. I will continue to possibly spend my hard earned money online but I’ll say this with 100% confidence, I will not be buying, looking, trying on, nor returning here. If you made it this far down of reading, I thank you.

Did a great job making sure they would be ready when I needed help. Also didn’t rush me. They had plenty of sales. Did not have a huge selection of clothing.

Very helpful and friendly. The pair of shoes my son wanted were sold out in his size but the guy that helped was very nice.

Even when they didn’t have the item I wanted, clerk was very supportive and friendly, she helped us with the sizing of the brand and everything we needed, good service.
The other store at Denton it’s the opposite, don’t go to Denton
