6This is my preferred lumber yard to shop at and most of the time I like to search for products online before driving up there. Unfortunately the website is absolutely useless for doing this as you can't search for anything on it. I wish y'all would redo the website and make it searchable for all the products.
Not berry polite staff, employees give you want they want and not what you asked for, if you are looking for something and they are available to help they ignore you and continue talking with each other you have to go and ask for help.
I absolutely love this store! The staff and manager are friendly and very helpful, store is always clean and well organized. If they dont have what you need they'll order it for you as well. Best small town hardware store ever!
Unlike the larger hardware stores in Odessa, these guys are ready to help and load up your supplies. The prices are a little higher, but you get to deal with much better people.
Poor customer service. Very small selection of products. Staff unknowledgeable about products they sell.
All the people there are always friendly and always helpful and that's the reason why I go to that store instead of the other here in Andrews
