This was the best haircut I have gotten in years! Very nice as well. Highly recommend Chong!

Wanted to like Chong and her work based on the reviews I read but I left her shop feeling so miserable and unhappy. The cut was not as expected and did not look like the photos that I showed her. The photos showed the side and back view of a haircut that had long and even layers. The cut I got was like a big heavy bowl on top and shaved along the lower neck area.

Chong offered to fix the cut and did a good job on making it right.i was thankful for her doing this and glad that we were able to work out the problem

I just want to say Okyo is such a kind and patient person. I can’t say enough good about her, but here is are the main points:

-Took me last minute on a Saturday afternoon (unheard of for a new client)

-Took as much time as she needed to get my hair just right. (I came in with an absolute disaster of color and cut)

-She made me feel welcome and comfortable as she worked tirelessly to color correct, highlight, root touch up, cat and style my hair.

-Her daughter (Michelle) was her helper and she was delightful.

-I live in Arlington and was just in McKinney for the weekend. I will be driving there from now on.

Chong has always done a good job, but this last time I received a perfect cut without a picture & little explanation. She knew exactly what I wanted & I received many compliments. Chong really knows what she’s doing & I could not be happier & she’s my hairdresser hands down

Chong is by far the BEST stylist in the area. I drove from Bells, TX. She did an excellent job on my hair. I will not let anyone else touch it from now on! Loved the entire experience and have received many compliments about my hair! I highly recommend Chong!

Can not cut curly hair. I am half Irish/Scottish, I told her my hair was curly going in, I like it curly. I just needed some length off and long layers. She blow dried it straight, asked me if I straightened my hair, I told her no, I like my hair curly and wear it that way. She straightened it anyway, I walked out looking like 90’s Avril Lavigne with stick straight too short hair. Made an appointment with a curly hair specialist to fix and style my curls correctly.

Absolutely the best hair dresser I have ever encountered! I went in with a mess of hair, left feeling and looking fabulous! Will be back!

I’ve been going to Chong for nearly 10 years now! I’ve recently started taking my 6 year old as well because of the quality haircut we receive each and every time! We recently moved 40 mins away from Mckinney and still make the drive the see Chong!

Okyo is the BEST! She’s an expert at both cut and color (so hard to find someone who is both). Her professionalism and availability on weekends and holidays is unmatched. I highly recommend her!

Chong is AMAZING! She is a true artist who knows what she is doing. My daughter and I showed her a picture of what we wanted, and she made it exactly like the picture. My hair is not easy to cut, but she nailed it. She is super kind, you can tell she really cares for her clients. 10/10!

Best color and haircut I've ever had.she saw me and my daughter at 7: 30 and cut and colored our hair until midnight. I know she was exhausted but we look amazing. 5 stars is not enough. I will only come back to her ️
