Paul Wilkerson with HPR came out and replaced our roof after I had inquired about a water stain on an interior wall. After the roof was replaced, Paul went out of his way to remedy the water concern and followed up with me after a rain storm had blown through to see if there was any more damage present. All in all, this company and his services were top notch!

Our home was damaged during the devastating freeze in Texas in February 2021. We had lost power, which resulted in a burst pipe that poured water for 2 hours. I cannot thank Paul Wilkerson enough for helping us during that extremely stressful time. Paul with HPR responded immediately and helped us through the whole process, beginning with getting movers to come pack up, move and store our belongings, having dehumidifiers and fans delivered ASAP, and getting started on remediation. We cannot recommend Paul and HPR enough and no one could believe that we were already packed up and moved out of our home with the remediation started within the week!

When we got hit with a hail storm about 7 years HPR definitely came to my rescue. They came to my home and walked me through all of my options and inspected my entire house to see where any additional repairs were needed. They worked with my insurance company and took all the necessary steps to get contractors to my home quickly for those items that got damaged by the storm. It only took them a day to get my new tier 4 roof put up and they made sure to leave the outside of my house as clean as I left it. Since the installation took place I have had to reach out for a couple of things to be looked at and this company got someone out within a day or two to get the issue looked at. They take reported issues seriously and really do everything they can to make their customers happy. My contact Paul Wilkerson is always on top of items that I need help with and questions that I have and does everything he can to get me taken care of quickly. If you are looking for a profession, quality, and reputable company this company is all of that. I highly recommend them!
