Near perfect tennis courts and very helpful staff! Adult classes are a must here for beginners!

Called and asked if pickle ball courts were available that day, lady on the phone said “uh um… nope”. Then I asked if any tennis courts are open and she says again “looks the same, it’s hard to get reservation same day”. Now I find this hard to believe because I’ve always done it like this. So I made my friend call about 2 minutes after me and he booked one right away with no troubles. He was standing next to me the whole time too… what’s wrong with this lady? Also when we arrived there were only one other group playing pickle ball from 4: 30pm - 6: 30pm and PLENTY of tennis courts open. Shame on the worker.

I booked tennis workout but no coach showed up and they just cancelled without notice.

I have been playing at high point, on and off, for 25 years. This place is one of the highlights of staying in Plano. It brings so much joy to play the leagues, take tennis workout lessons, and meet wonderful people. The friendly mixers organized by Dencil are so much fun.

Very well maintained tennis and pickleball courts. Well stocked pro shop with stringing services.

My kid has been going here for years and they told us we have missed a payment for an entire session months back. They claimed they sent us invoice which I never received. I told them I never received the invoice they told me I'm lying. These people don't know how to run a business. Very unprofessional.

We literally paid them and they don’t let us reserve the empty courts how dare they call us delinquents don’t come here if ur not the right demographic if u know what I mean

My friends and I went to play pickleball for a couple of weeks. At first, we were pretty happy with the place, given that it was one of the few places where you could reserve courts in advance. Unfortunately, things started going downhill from there. First, we began having trouble reserving the courts. Since they still write and log reservation by hand within a book, our reservations started getting lost, and we wouldn't have enough courts for the number of people who wanted to play. Over phone, they would confirm our reservations, but they wouldn't honor them once we go in person. There would be a bunch of open courts, but because we hadn't "reserved" them in advance, we weren't allowed to use them, and they would frequently check on us to make sure that we didn't use any of the open courts. Next, someone in our group went inside the shop to refill their water bottles and the workers at the front desk accused him of stealing candy and drinks, which left a bad taste in our mouths. Then, they started having us write down our names and phone numbers, which was apparently a new policy they started, and it just seemed weird to us given that they were so conveniently losing our reservations, making it seem like maybe they were targeting us when we hadn't done anything wrong. Finally, the workers at the front desk always have a bad attitude, unjustly treating us as miscreants. If they have an actual complaint about our group, I would much rather they just talk to us in person and let us know what we're doing wrong so that we can make changes so that everyone can just have a good, rather than fostering such a toxic and unwelcoming environment.

The courts themselves are nice, but the workers at the front desk aren't very friendly.

Went for a couple weeks and would constantly get berated to follow the rules while being monitored every few minutes. Finally, the front desk workers at nighttime pulled me aside with an irritated attitude and took down personal information while giving a personal spiel of how difficult it is to work and uphold the rules. If you have a larger group of friends, I would not recommend coming here as they will single you out as "trouble-makers" (in their words) if anything goes wrong in their courts.

Staffing is very rude and they take all their rules very serious. Owning and operating a business takes class and skill.

Very nice Tennis & Pickleball facility. Very nice Pro shop with a good selection of court shoes.

This place is where Texas USTA tennis started for me after relocating from Chicago 30 years ago. My 4.0 team won the City championship and competed in the Texas section losing to San Angelo. Since then I’ve played at USTA centers and courts across the country and rate them according to five criteria. This place has always majored on programs, staff, maintenance, and intangibles, however falls short on environment. It’s just not as pretty and wooded or nestled in a park as others. I need to visit soon. It’s been awhile.

Recently took my son's racquet here to get restrung.it was ready in 24 hours (actually I think a little less) and was perfect. Also best price I've found so far.
Love the new pro-shop.they have some great selections of tennis gear and accessories. The staff are always friendly and willing to help with questions, etc. Several tennis courts and they even have pickleball courts too.

This place is run so well, from their website to their teaching staff, it's all first class. I haven't been out there in over a year so this was the first time I've seen their proshop and area upstairs. Very, very impressive. In both tennis and pickleball, they have excellent courst. I know many of their tennis instructors and they are all extremely qualified. They can take care of beginners all the way to 4.5 to 5.0. Ken Sumrow has done a great job out there and deserves the facilities they've built.

Grandson taking Tennis lessons here. He has a great instructor who is patient and explains and shows the techniques of the sport.

Grew up with the tennis lessons here. Come here to play with a friend from time to time. Always a great time and no issues!

Great facility. Very well kept and clean. Has a good amount of Pickleball courts. Staff was friendly.

This right here is the best of life that any world class city can offer. Best bargain out there with high quality courts, great coaches, fantastic ambience, and even free indoor and outdoor wifi for those of us who have to balance kids activities and work demands.
