They don’t work with you if you on a month to month lease customer service is very rude no concern answers like she do g want to be there Devonshire needs another contract my bill is 900 hundred for one month I’m very upset they said they can’t work with me please think before you get them as your water company

Buyer beware! We have concluded that this company is embezzling money! Our neighborhood investigated them. If you purchase a home, in this area, you will encounter high water bills. Lately, I’ve noticed that in one of the worst economies, High Point has brand new trucks and a new logo on their water tower. They have been reported to the Texas Utilities Commission on many occasions!

Many of us only water 20 minutes a week, have just two people living in our homes, have no leaks, and the water bill is as much or more than the electricity bill. The water bill goes up, up, up, and then they’ll give you a lower one when you’re not watering any differently. I would think twice about buying a home that uses this water company. I, personally, have spent many hours fighting this thievery as well as several of my neighbors.

They charge extra for every water test, and there’s an initial $75.00 charge to basically look at your home for running toilets, but they don’t read your meter. When I asked them, one time, if I could get my meter reread they told me to do it myself. I’ve seen the pics, online, of the water coming out milky, and the water seems to smell at times. Thankfully, I have a reverse osmosis system.

Also, one of their associates told me that my neighborhood overwaters. She told me that I needed to only water two minutes per cycle. Another associate kept commenting about how nice our neighborhood is. I, personally, walk around the neighborhood and the water I see running in the streets are from the new builds. The staff is incredibly rude and unprofessional, they always blame the customer for the outrageous pricing. Maybe that why it’s called High Point!

This company has some shady billing practices. I have ACH autopay enabled for my account, and yet I still continue to get disconnection notices and charged for late bills. When I called in to find out why, it turns out that my bill of ~$180 was only partially paid. They debited $150, left a balance on my account, then charged late fees which brought my outstanding balance to like $55.

Their customer service claimed that there is a $150 limit set through their website for auto draft payments, and you have to log in and update this. This is a lie - there is no way to change any sort of limit online.

Had an undetectable leak that tripled my bill.after getting it fixed, no refund or credit issued for water that was never actually “used” by us.

This people are rude and unprofessional. They always sent me a bill more then $100 dollars up every month. I called to ask why.and there is a menger name mindi insulted me for asking way my bill is high.

Very unprofessional and hard to work with this company. My bill was twice the usual amount even though i was not home for half of month and they were unable to provide detail usage report and wants us to oblige by their way or highway. Not sure after so many complaints against this company why nothing is being done and allowing to continue their usual bureaucracy way.

Not really the best experience. The website is low quality, the water is expensive. There's no reason for my water bill to be $80+ monthly when I travel for work. My home in another state doesn't even charge this much for water / sewer.

The office employee/officer mgr. "Erin" is extremely rude! Someone needs to send her to customer service training.i feel sorry for the sweet new girl, Jessica who has to put up with her.smh
