What a terrific group! Always professional and helpful. If there is a problem, Keith is always responsive!

High Tide is great! We were ditched by a company this summer and the pool turned into a pond. This company was the most responsive, helpful and really worked hard to get our pool back in shape!

These are good folks providing great service, reliably, professional and at a very reasonable rate. I’ve already referred them to neighbors and would easily recommend to others.

High tide pool service in terms of cleaning the pool did a satisfactory job and they have a lot of knowledge in pool cleaning. However they get only 3 stars for one, when you do call their phone number, they do not return their calls the same day. Or sometimes you need to call several times to get a call back. So this is inconvenient for someone like myself who would like to get service the same day or make adjustments to the schedule.

In terms of value, they charge a huge markup on pool supplies. I get that supplies have gone up and all. I also own a pool California and High Tides supply and maintenance fees are much higher than what I pay for my pool in San Jose, Calif. And I have a much bigger pool in California.

So I think if you really need pool service and willing to wait around for a call back this the company to go for.

Keith went the extra mile - returning unscheduled the day after the initial visit to address an issue related to a pump under warranty. The pump should have been serviced by the previous service provider. High Tide Pool Service took the time to address the issue, although relatively minor, right away, and at no charge. Original visit due to a leaking pool pump and line losing prime was diagnosed quickly with a discussion of repair options. I was given the pluses/minuses of pump and multi-valve repair vs replace. My pool and cleaner pump are leak free, with no loss of prime on startup! Thanks High Tide Pool Service!

We are new to using a pool service, but have been impressed so far! They show up, do the work and always send pictures and a report on chemicals used and anything else relevant.

This latest visit was general maintenance and questions on our new pump. Very friendly and patient with us on understanding our system. But they've done big jobs in the past with great results.

At first said they would help. They said they would be out in a week. No response. Called back. They acted like i had never called. Then said they would call me back after they daid they service my area. No call. Three weeks now and i have waisted time with winterizing my pool. Don't even believe them. They will string you along.

Always prompt, courteous, efficient, and keep our pool spotless. We have recommended them on several occasions.

Keith called and got us warranty help we had not been able to get Anthony and Sylvan to respond!

Replacement of Polaris booster pump was timely and professionally completed. Will use High Tide again.
