I recently took a tour with a very sweet young lady named Yanely! She was the best! She explained everything so well and answered all of my questions thoroughly!

The lights in the apartment stairwells have been out for month without repair, the lights in the parking lot as well.
Very poor management, and there is never a place to park as they are all taken by people who don't live in the complex.
I have to ask 3 separate people to get my packages from the office because they say the postal service is lying when they say the package was delivered.
In short they only care about getting as money for as little work or upkeep as possible.

If I could give this place a 0 I would! Do not live here! There are so many things wrong with this place and the management all they care about is money! I repeat do not live here

Worst move in experience EVER had with an apartment complex, given different rooms than what was assigned than on my written lease, moved other people into assigned room on written lease, office staff says "It's just part of student living. ", CONSTANT issues with office staff trying to get rent paid monthly, charge you for a different unit PLUS your own unit for utilities, DIRTIEST, most unkept/unclean apartment complex in the area, rarely answer phone calls or any questions you have. Not even worth a one star rating. 10/10 would NOT recommend!

I've lived here for about 4 months now and I highly recomend! Really nice apartments for the price). The best part of the apartment is for sure the staff! Janissa in the office is always so helpful and frendly whenever I need to go in to pick up a package or get help with something, she is one of the highlights of living here

Great staff! Dan at the front was so helpful in helping find someone to take over a lease. Really fast too! Didn’t take longer than a week. Albert is the best maintenance guy! He really goes above and beyond. Albert took a package all the way to my door when it didn’t fit in my car. Thank you both.

The unit felt only and lived in and was poorly cleaned when I first moved in back in to fall of 2021also most if not all the appliances had problems and needed maintenance along with most of the furniture. Within the first week I had an ant problem coming in from behind the cabinets in the kitchen. I have also had and continue to have a roach problem even though pest control has visited my unit multiple times. Very hard to get a hold of an office manger online and will never answer messages sent though the resident portal.

I’m telling you rn, there are plenty of other apartments that may cost a little more but are worth it. This place is horrible, I’ve lived here for 3 years and wish I would have moved out sooner. What did it for me was they straight scammed me. They had me re sign a lease and took out all the “deals” that were suppose to be apart of the lease and didn’t bother telling me. I even had emails showing I was suppose to get the “deals. ” I understand they are short staffed when it comes to maintenance but we had a broken dryer for 2 months.
Their gym is low grade, all the stuff in there is always broken. If you just want to use a treadmill then you’re good.
Never enough parking.
I moved in my freshman year of college and I was new to San Antonio so I didn’t know what a good apartment was, this definitely isn’t. The inside is just out dated. I promise you can find better.

They are horrible straight scam artists be smarter then I was.they literally told me and our roommates lies they roomed us with a FELON whose a bum that LIKES to beat his girl and STEAL. The apts don’t even care especially DAN at the office and ALISA. They are the worst of the bunch we complained many times to them and they could care less about our random roommate beating on his girl or stealing. On top of that you think your room keys are safe but the doors are so easy to open without a key. My weird roommate opened it one day while I was in my room! I hope I reach a future resident don’t do it!

Not enough Parking for the people who live here and they also won't do anything about visitors parking in residential. So they try to sell reserved parking spots for $50 a month. The wifi is spotty at best and they don't honor the "specials" they advertise. It's not gated causing dealers to hang out on patios and there are no cameras anywhere leading to car parts being stolen on a regular basis. The office frequently misplace my mail and I have to ask three different people to get my packages they are also never open bc they are constantly short on staff. The only good part of this place is Antonio the matinence man.

I moved into High View recently and am already extremely happy with my apartment. The staff is super helpful and made my move in process really easy and quick. Mystery helped me with my application and made me feel so comfortable and excited to live here. Especially being so close to campus, this is perfect for me!

Charged me $50 2 months after I moved out claiming I left my room dirty. I purposely made sure it was clean but since they had already had someone else move in I couldn't prove it. Seems convenient for them.

Apartments are overall ok, could be better. When I first moved in, maintenance claimed to have cleaned, painted and checked for maintenance which was not true. My shower head was broken, my bathroom door knob was also broken and it was not over all clean. Apartments are not terrible but maintenance should be more attentive.

Kassie and Dan were both super friendly and helpful in helping my sister look at an apartment! The last place didn't seem to care half as much about her questions like y'all did! Thank you

It has been over a week since I moved to High View but they still did not give me the mail key and they also initially gave me the wrong key to my bedroom door. I had to go in three times to fix one problem.
There were several broken things in the bathroom I filed a request to fix it but no response.
Very disappointed. Will not even recommend living here for free.

I love my apartment! They are so roomy and maintenance is fast which is awesome and Mystery, the woman whose helped me, always resolves my issues and questions so fast! Definitely will renew here!: P

So happy with my new apartment home that daniel and kassy helped me get into! The leasing staff is so sweet and made the process so smooth and easy for me! I did have a service request i needed the first week and Albert was there taking care of my issue the same day! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

The High View community is cool but my roommate is NOT what I requested. One of them is the COMPLETE opposite from what put on the roommate questionnaire. I'm a nurse and a student who study a lot and my roommate is not even a student and she talks sooo freaking much and is LOUD! ‍️‍️‍️

Really good environment and si got to make so many friends. Management just need a little improvement but overall everything is good.
