Dropped off my boots and was told to return in one week. One week went by and he forgot to do the work. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.

Took a pair of shoes here on a Monday, the guy working there told me they would be ready by Wednesday, which as weird to me, being that I have had that same job done some other places in no more than 5 mins, but the location was convenient, so I left them, came back on Thursday and he had not done anything to my shoes, so he said he needed one more day, I told him I would take them as they were, and his attitude changed completely, he asked me to wait 3 mins, and he had the ready in literally 3 mins.

Definitely not coming back

This business is top shelf. All businesses should follow their business etiquette when dealing with customers. I had an issue with my boot that was my fault I admit. He looked at my boot and instantly told me what happened. He fixed my boot without hesitation, so I can wear my favorite boots again. Thank you, Sir, for excellent customer service.

I brought in 5 pairs of shoes and he did an excellent job on all 5! Very reasonable prices. Will most definitely be coming back. Thanks Tim!

Nice guy, but had my boots for over two months and didnt resole or put a new heel on like I had requested. When I asked for my boots back, he couldn't find them. I waited 15 minutes for him to find my boots. Will be taking my boots elsewhere

Excellent repair excellent service. My boots were repaired so well that they danced by themselves.
