Purchased a used ss from hiley the purchase was great after not so much.
Below you can see damage done to my car while in for service. The service manager Jerry said they could not help me and that his tech found wood screws in the bumper of the car they sold to me 4 months ago that they certified.
Unfortunately I have to recommend you take sales and service to another dealership

John Castro, our salesman, was very informative and helpful without being pushy. He helped us get into an amazing Buick. The financial guy blew our mind with speed! We were in and out of the whole car buying process in less than 2 hours, remarkable! Everything went really well, will recommend and return.

I asked for my coolant and cooling system to be inspected with my routine maintenance. They said ok and then never did. I called to ask what my coolant level was at and the tech said it usually doesn’t matter what the level is at. Next day on way to vacation, my car engine lights comes on and my car overheated. The manager Jerry was nice and tried to make it right

My wife and I purchased a 2022 Acadia this past weekend. After getting home we noticed that the contract price was $2000 more than the sticker price. Upon calling the finance person to ask about the discrepancy I was told it was an added charge for the 'tint and locking lug nuts', things that should be standard in my opinion or at the very least should already be part of the sticker price. If purchased retail the tint and lug nuts would cost less than $200. The finance person said the sales person should have explained this charge; I was quite certain he had not. I contacted the sales person who told me the charge is an added item called "TLP", and he apologized for not explaining the charge during our initial negotiations.

My wife and I had initially explained of a bad experience with Honda Burleson where they tried to add a $2000 charge for addons that equated to a warranty that we would have declined. At least Honda explained the charge up front and didn't try to surprise us with it after contracts had already been signed.

To make matters worse, the locking lug nuts that we paid God knows how much for weren't even installed on the vehicle. Was this intentional on the dealerships part hoping that the customer wouldn't notice? Was there intentional deception throughout the entire process? I wonder how many times a customer left the lot and never discovered that they paid over $1000 for lug nuts they didn't even have.

Unfortunately, we are finding it difficult to enjoy our purchase and would not recommend HIley GMC to our family, friends, or coworkers.

Best experience! 10 STARS! Misty in the service department was so sweet.

I took my car in for an oil change and to service a recall. From the moment I got there to the moment I left, Misty took care of me. She would check in and give me updates.

Service department said it would take around 3-4 hours to complete, so I brought my laptop to work. They finished in 2 hours.

Misty walked me to my car and gave me a phenomenal promo code for OnStar service.

Hands down the best dealership service experience. Thank you Hiley for the astounding costumer service.

I purchased a 2015 buick encore 1 year ago and recently took it because the check engine light came on to get it repaired. I was told there was 3 problems and everything else with the vehicle was perfectly fine so i paid the 1150$ to get it repaired. Only one month later the car completely brakes down and know im being told it'll be over 3000$ in repairs so i want to trade the vehicle in and i am getting no help or response in doing so. Also no loaner vehicle so ive currently been without a vehicle for 3 days now. Please help me
Edit: I just want to thank Jerry and misty in the service department. They did an outstanding job on getting me into a loaner within the next couple days until my vehicle was repaired. They also got the total cost of repairs down to 950$ instead of the original 3,000 due to vehicle warranties i was not aware of so i would like to thank Jerry and Misty and everyone at Hiley Buick GMC for helping me get everything worked out in a timely manner

BASED ON RECENT HELP, OR LACK THEREOF.

My husband has been in the process of trying to get reimbursed for a warranty that was not working out as planned. He was told it would take 6-8 weeks, over 4 months ago. He has yet to be reimbursed and has attempted to contact the finance department on multiple occasions with no response. A process that initially seemed pretty straight forward is turning out to be a headache, avoid financing through dealership and taking any warranties.

Issues with the warranty include: inaccurate coverage of particular aspects of the maintenance plan and many locations did not accept it as valid, finance team not being responsive about the reimbursement.

Took vehicle in for some warranty work. My service tech is extremely personable and knew exactly why I was bringing in.
Took home and inspected the next day to see that one of the trim pieces was not installed correctly or a piece got broken. Is not flush. Taking back to correct or order new leather trim piece. Frustrating since I live 30 miles from dealership

I needed a dealership for service closer to my home. This one did not disappoint. The staff was polite and courteous, and the service was faster than expected. I will utilize their service again.

Had a good sales experience with my salesman; however, I was supposed to get an equity check for my trade-in but every time I called to check on its status, I was either told "it takes 6-8 weeks", "did you check your mailbox" or I would get transferred to a phone number (to accounting?) that goes straight to a voicemail, that no one checks. It took me emailing a finance director to finally get a call back after 7 weeks only to be told that they screwed up and sent my equity check to the lienholder so now I have to wait ANOTHER 15 days to get my check due to "corporate policies". Sorry was all I got. Be sure and get hard dates and/or a contact if you are expecting an equity check because communication is certainty not this dealerships strong suit.

Had appt on a Monday and they didn't even look at it until Thursday. Then charged me $200 to tell me my oil filter was loose. Also damaged paint on my car and left grease on leather interior.

Salesman Brandon Russell is fantastic. I called in the morning worked out the purchase over the phone and picked up my car up that afternoon. He even went through all "this year" model changes. When I drove off the lot, I felt confident using the features. Excellent service, ask for Brandon Russell.

For the most part I had no issue with most of my service. The people are wonderful. The only issue I had is with the tire care. I don’t think I will be doing that there again.

Good service! Jesus Medina was our car salesman. Right off the bat he greeted us from the start with a smile and willingness to see our car service needs met. He communicated with us every step of the way. Only draw back was comunication with the finance department and our bank. All things said still a great experience.
