I just want to start out by saying this location by far has the best salesmen and managers. I had a few difficulties with the mazda hurst location so I decided to try Arlington instead, and I’m so glad I did! I met one of the managers Carlos Obregon, and he went out of his way to make sure my problem was resolved. He was so kind and understanding and actually took the time to help me with my issue. Tim Bell was also extremely helpful and very kind. I’m very appreciative of them both! They both made me consider staying with mazda even after my lease ends just because of their excellent customer service!

Came in and bought a Mazda 3. Greg took real good care of us. He really cares about working for the customer to get the best deal he can for them. Highly recommend coming to Hiley Mazda to get a car

Hiley was the easiest place to do business. The biggest thing was how quick everything was. In and out in a just an hour. Greg and team was the easiest to work with and no pushing or haggling on price.

I had a wonderful experience here buying my first car. My Sales Agent was Blake Hairston, and he made the process smooth and was honest with his recommendations. He met my needs in what I was looking for in a car and worked with me in getting the best deal possible. I would recommend Blake Hairston if you are looking for an honest Sales Agent that is honest, reliable, and informative.

We bought a Mazda about 2 months ago from the Hurst location and we were slowly regretting our decision because of the customer service, HOWEVER! We decided to come to this Arlington location and completely changed my mind. Your team is extremely professional and big shout out to Colt in the service area who has not only helped us tremendously but had elevated our overall experience. Thank you again.

UPDATE - after I posted this, a Hiley Mazda employee decided to go on as many other auto dealer websites as possible and fraudulently request information about random cars using my contact info to harass me by proxy of those other dealers who have no idea what's going on. IP addresses and tracking exists for a reason, guys. -

Recently had a less than professional experince. I had an interview scheduled for 11 am on 10/30 with Christopher White. I showed up early, professionally dressed, as one should, was greeted by a sales person and informed them why I was there, and after a couple of minutes I was told to go wait in the waiting area. I waited around for 20 minutes before getting up to leave when somebody told me they had a meeting and would be with me in 5-10 minutes. After 10 more minutes I got up and left. I kept my word, but being a half hour late on their part is unacceptable, as an interviewee, imagine how it would reflect on me if I were a half hour late. I even emailed Chris the next day to inform him of why I left and to let him know I was legitimately interested in the position considering I already drive a Mazda that I love, and have considerable sales and management experience. This email was never replied to, not an apology for the missed appointment, not a reschedule, nothing. This is incredibly disappointing given the good reviews others have left about the place.

Came out to Arlington on a Saturday planning to look at a Toyota, but ended up stopping in at Hiley Mazda for a test drive and walked away with a new CX-90. The customer service was top notch, the sale process was without pressure, and the deal I walked away with was very fair.

Carlos was my sales associate, and we worked with Ben the sales manager. I’ve had plenty of buying experiences where the whole process was just rushing me to buy a car while the sales folks tried to be as unclear and unhelpful as possible. My time at Hiley Mazda was the opposite of that, with Carlos and Ben doing everything they could to find the trim/color I wanted, giving my wife and I all the space we needed to consider our options, and answering every question honestly and quickly. Also want to make sure to shout out to Chris in finance who made the paperwork as painless as possible.

I won’t need a car for a few years after picking up my CX-90, but when I do need a new Mazda or if friends ask for recommendations Hiley Mazda is at the top of the list.

Bad business. Take your money elsewhere. After doing most of the sale virtually I went to pick up the vehicle. The sales manager, Carlos, told me it was taking longer than expected because they were so kindly going to replace an air compressor for me. As it turns out, they never replace the air compressor and were stalling to make mechanical repairs to avoid the sale falling through. It was a cam shaft problem. So they sent me out the door knowing there was a problem with the motor. I reached out to the used car sales manager as well as the executive sales manager, neither of which responded. Like I said, bad business.
