This may be a wonderful place to shop but when I go to make donations at the end of their donation time frame, they turn me away. The staff doesn’t seem interested in taking donations. They seem more interested in selling what they already have. I wish the Goodwill donation station was still here as they were always interested in taking items even when it was close to quitting time.

One of my favorite thrift stores to dig in and find great deals! I never leave empty handed. Everyone is always friendly and willing to go the extra mile if you need help. The only thing I really dislike about the place is the parking lot. It's terrible during busy times!

I’ve taken the majority of our donations here for the past several years because I support their cause. I’ve always been happy with my experiences here. Except today. Yesterday I called to discuss what items they do and do not accept. I have brand new ceiling fans sealed in box, large heavy furniture items, etc. I asked about having a truck sent but one wasn’t available. So I made arrangements to load the items in a truck ourselves to be delivered the following day. (Today.). They said to just make sure we arrived before 2pm. Only when my husband arrived at their location this morning, they said they were not accepting donations because they are full. We wasted so much time and energy loading an entire truckload of heavy furniture & household items and now we have to drive it into San Antonio to Goodwill. If they knew this could be an issue they should have told us to call first! I’m VERY aggravated with this experience to the point I will not return there with donations.

Always fun to browse the "stuff" since new things added often. Fair prices for good cause. Large selection of books.

I have bought numerous things from them over the years. Some of them were great deals. They are very friendly and the store is always clean and organized. It is one of my favorite places to shop.

Good sales a lot of cute items that you wouldn't find at a Goodwill or other thrift store I like that the jeans were 399 bras are only $0.99 they have like the color of the day the staff is very nice lots of people to help you very well organized if you use a credit card as a $5 minimum balance. Get there when they open there will be a line.:)

DO NOT SHOP OR DONATE TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT.

Today my aunt and grandmother stopped by to donate some items. When they got there they were greeted by a teenage boy who said they could not drop off items because they were closed. Understandable. The boy went inside to get his boss to help explain the situation and the woman said “You can’t donate items because we’re closed, we don’t take junk anyways. ”

I didn’t get the employees names but that statement alone shows their level of customer service. We have had problems with them in the past when we went to donate as well (workers screaming at us before we even got out of the car, horrible attitudes, not helping load or unload donations) and this just put the icing on the cake.

Who tells an 80 year old, sweet, Christian, animal loving woman who’s trying to donate her items that she isn’t allowed to donate because it’s “junk”? These people are clearly NOT trying to get items to the help human society and they clearly don’t value their customers.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE dont donate to this establishment. Go somewhere that treats their customers with respect and actually cares about the animals.

There is not much in the way of children's clothing but I find many treasures here. Good book selection. Foo seasonal selection and an insane amount of toys and housewares. They can give you good info on veterinary care as well. Prices are cheap and service is good

Overpriced for a thrift store. Yeah it supports animals but they need to cut their prices by two thirds.
