Hill Country Dentists, Bee Cave TX

Fariba and Dr. Archung are absolutely AMAZING! Both are not only kind, personable, and professional but Fariba has given me the best dental cleanings I’ve ever had with the utmost care, and Dr. Archung is incredibly knowledgeable and efficient in his dental exams and recommendations. I drive an hour and a half to receive regular dental treatment from them and will continue to do so with pleasure. These two are the gold standard for dental care!

The Hygienist here named Fariba goes above and beyond with cleaning/maintenance and on top of that explains everything clearly and gives you great suggestions on how to take care of your teeth. She really cares!

This place is terrible.we were assigned this practice by our dental insurance so i figured why not go get a cleaning.first off- they refuse to do any sort of cleaning or exam with obtaining x-rays first.straight up refused.that rubbed me the wrong way as i am a big believer that we should be allowed to make our own healthcare decisions without having things jammed down our throat.i get that it can help diagnose issues etc but bottom line is… that’s not their decision, that’s mine.second- i called and informed them that i would not be obtaining x-rays prior to my appointment and they stated they couldn’t make any decisions over the phone and that the doctor would have to do so and they’d call me back after speaking with him/her.never heard from anyone so i go to my scheduled appointment.they tell me that i cannot even be seen without x-rays.so.waste of my time #1 as i gave them a heads up days before.third- i have x-rays sent over from years past and was told should be fine.i ended up needing to reschedule my rescheduled appt and in the phone call with reception she informed me x-rays were received and reviewed so im good to go.get to my second appointment and this time i dont even make it out of the waiting room.turns out that i was in fact not good to go as they actually never received the x-rays.the girl up front starts to frantically try to call the previous dental office to try to obtain them while i’m sitting in the waiting room so i ultimately just say forget it and decide to leave.i voiced my frustrations with the woman up front *who seems incompetent* and she doesn’t even offer the slightest apology for any miscommunication on her part.i’ve been there twice and have never made it to a dental chair.the place sucks and i will
not be returning.i cannot offer any feedback on the provider but the ancillary staff is just…. Poop emoji, if you know what i mean.

EDIT: i see they’ve responded with the main line phone # and i am unsure what the purpose of this was as i have already spoken with the front desk staff (of which im assuming this phone is directed to as it has been when i’ve called previously) and they offered NO solution.other than looking as though they’re interested in making some change- it does not correct the issue and i believe to be strictly for show.

Awkward, unprofessional, overpriced.
Went in for an appointment for the advertised x ray, initial exam and cleaning. The dentist had zero chair side manners. Quickly rattled off a list of recommended procedures as if I had been to dental school and was familiar with the terminology and procedures. The strangest part of the whole experience was that I was in the chair for less than 10 minutes for the “dental sales pitch of recommended procedures “ the dentist stands up and walks out. I’m still laying in the chair with the bib and glasses on for another 5-10 minutes thinking someone is coming back. Nope…so I get up, take off the bib and glasses, find my way to the front and tell the receptionist “I think I’m done, the dentist just walked out”. Receptionist says “oh, I’ll get you the estimate for recommended procedures “. A few more sales pitches later and I’m out the door wondering if someone had the left laughing gas on…never got the tooth cleaning…

Careful - This place is a franchise that will try to sell you anything and everything, from deeper than necessary cleanings, to "laser treatments" to mouth guards etc. The dentists wont even do the job, but their "helpers" do.

I rarely provide reviews, but I feel inclined to provide an exceptional review for Dr. Neeha. (Sorry if this is not the correct spelling) After going to other dental offices that act more like a car sales dental practice, she provided honest opinions and saved me a ton of pain and money. This was my first visit to this office, but I will now become a client due to their honesty and integrity. Finally found a dental office that patients mean more than dental sales. Thank you.

I thoroughly enjoy Hill Country Dentists! They are quick and efficient. The dental hygienist I see every time, Fariba, is a complete joy! She stays on a consistent level of kindness and always takes time to ask about my family. She’s considerate, yet, doesn’t waste time cleaning my teeth…which I love. Oh and did I mention my Dentist, Dr. Archung, is pretty great too! Looking forward to trying Invisalign through his recommendation!

Dr. Archung is a good Dentist. My implant did not come back from the lab to his liking & he sent it back to make sure it was done correctly before coming back for my final visit. Avery is so helpful & made me feel important. She also did a good job with my teeth whitening procedure. Front desk is welcoming.

Fariba is the consummate professional. She is smart, knowledgeable and efficient, in addition to being friendly and courteous.

After having to leave my last dentist, I was a little worried about finding a new one who is just as gentle. I am happy to say that the treatment I have gotten here, especially with the most excellent hygienist, Fariba, has exceeded my expectations. Fariba is so kind and funny and warm that the time goes by quickly when I’m getting my teeth cleaned. And that’s what I want. Thanks for offering superior service.

So happy with Hill Country Dentist and Fariba Ranjbaran in particular. I carefully researched 3 highly recommended dentist and hygienist before choosing Hill Country Dentist. I cannot say enough about my experience. Fariba was very pleasant and extremely informative. When I walked in for my appointment I mentioned that I was worried about the pain. The receptionist said, “oh no, not with Fariba, you will be surprised. ” Well, she was right. I had a great experience. Fariba is extremely knowledgeable and explained everything about the procedure thoroughly. She did an amazing job and best of all no pain! I can’t imagine going anywhere else. Thank you!

I’ve had the pleasure of going to Hill Country 3 times this week. The first was for a weird metallic taste in my mouth then laser surgery on my gums. This morning one of my crowns fell off but thankfully was able to get in for Dr Achtung to repair it. So I’ve had several challenges this week that exceeded my expectations for care. Thank you!

The office staff were so friendly and helpful. The Docs were good an explaining the details.of my procedures. I am glad we found Hill Country Dentists!
