Dirty lobby. No remote for the TV. Phone cord had need cut, and lock had been broken off. Roaches were living in the fridge, and roaches in the bed. This was such a horrible and disgusting experience. We had 4 rooms, and they all were equally as bad!

First thing, the guy working behind the desk was friendly and very helpful. He even let me check in a little early and I appreciated that because I had been driving for many hours and was very tired. The room had everything you would need including a microwave and mini fridge. It was very clean. The AC cooled well. The cable was good, but the remote would change two or three channels at a time. I did a internet speed test and it was 10 meg download which is pretty good and free! It seemed safe and quiet. It was Sunday and a slow night. Not very crowded. I would stay here again and recommend it to friends as long as the price is less than eighty a night. Only thing is, I think the bathroom door needs replacing. Room 103. Thanks and hope to see y'all again!

This place was the absolute worst and they have the nerve to charge almost $170 a night during the 4-day weekend. The restroom had no ventilation, the lights didn't work for some of the lamps and just the overall display was gross. For 2 nights you seriously want to charge $350? The toilet seat also didn't fit the toilet. It was smaller and rounder than the traditional seat. The hotel literally looked like the scene where drug deals happen on Law and Order: SVU right before the police make a bust. I'll go next door, thank you very much.

Good value, clean room. A bit dated and certainly not fancy, but beds were clean and comfortable. Shower didn't work well but I got clean anyway.

The worst of the worst, towels like mechanical towels and they don't have breakfast, the toilet running water all night. Definitely not recommend it.

We checked in and went to the room. We had to go up a block to circle back to the back of the building to get to our room on the second floor. We went into the room and the dry wall was not finished with holes in it. The light fixture was circular covering a square hole. The painting was awful. The shower was disgusting with a corroded shower head. Their was no box spring. The bed did have new sheets, mattress, and the comforter! But don't let that fool you! The pillows were all different and different sizes. They were dirty including some being yellow! The couch was not clean. On top of all that the air conditioner was not plugged in with the room being 90+ as it is summer in the Texas heat! We checked out in less than 15 minutes it was so awful! Their manager thinks this fits a great cleanliness standard though and will refuse any type of refund even though they are not as advertised. Don't worry we have this awful of a review on all platforms and hope you abide before you waste your time and money! But if you do the holiday inn has been great for our stay!

Worst hotel ever. We had to switch rooms twice then they gave our room to a second person who tried to come in. They didn't offer any compensation for this. Never again.

Dirty. Unsanitary. Boot print on pillow. Mold in shower. Bugs. Shelf off wall. Chair was full of stains. Door didn't lock. I contacted them and they have never responded. Poor. Will not stay there. I have pictures of the room when we entered. Was a lot of money to stay there for one night and was an unhealthy environment.

Called to make reservation tonight and gave them card number over phone the guy messed up and checked us in and when I called back to cancel the reservation he told me that were gonna charge me anyways cause he messed up and did a check in.we had a family emergency come up that I found out about and I understand ppl mess up but charging for a whole night when hes the one that messed up is not my problem that's owners problem.

How do I give negative stars? DO NOT STAY HERE! We walked into our room and the door had been obviously kicked in, the door frame was busted. When we checked in, we asked for a room on the first floor but were told they were at full occupancy and this was the only room available. Due to the condition of the room, we immediately left and asked the front desk for a refund. At that time we were told that they wouldn't issue one because we could just move to another room. 1: we were just told this was the only room available 2: we were no longer comfortable staying here, and 3: due to 1 and 2, we had already called another hotel in the area to book a night there. We booked through hotels.com so we are now seeking a refund through them however when they called the hotel, the manager told them that the room was recently renovated and that it probably just "looked funny". We have pictures, it is very obviously NOT renovated. Not to mention, the first staff member we spoke to said "oh yeah that's probably from the police kicking in the door or something. " This place is disgusting and management is a joke. Stay away.

Saw a couple of roaches in our room. Beware if you stay with your dog, your dog can open the door from the inside if you have an escape artist. Also the grass for them to do their business is on the other side of the street on the backside. The sheets were clean and the AC worked.

Smelled like super strong perfume. Like they were trying to hide a horrible smell. And there were more flys in the room than you could ever imagine! I didn't sleep there. I ended up sleeping in my car

It was dirty and about 10pm Every time I have been there, there are people that sit in their car and are not staying in motel. They are trying to steal people's info from the Wi-Fi connection so don't use WiFi either. The front desk girl she is heavy with blonde hair. Very rude and lazy don't stay here

I didn't expect a 4 or 5 star hotel. I knew what I was probably getting into. What I did not expect was rooms with doors that wouldn't lock. 2 rooms with identical problems. Flys in the room, not a couple of flies, but a lot of flies. In both rooms to be clear. The restrooms were poorly maintained, bathtub had duct tape over where the plate should go. Doors looked like someone broke in. Poorly done sheetrock repair that looked bad. I didn't expect the Hilton but for the price they were charging not even reasonable. Made a different reservation elsewhere. If the pricing were drastically lower it wouldn't be so much a complaint as you get what you pay for. But for what the cost was, this wasn't acceptable. Should have done better research before booking my stay. The lady at the front desk was nice and tried to help throughout the process and did her best. She's the reason I gave it 2 stars.

Place is WAY OVERPRICED! Management is rude as all get out! Place is dirty amd run down! Go somewhere else! The best thing I can say is the ones who clean the rooms are very very nice.

Room was nice but the bathroom was in need of some tlc. Faucet in the tub was not connect to wall. Shower curtain rods was hanging. Bathroom door need a painting was very dingy.
