Zach was amazing! Had issues with flooding and stopped up pipes and he handled a pretty irate lady (me) and came out and was super professional and kind! Just what I needed. Highly recommend Hill Country Plumbing. Thank you Zach️

Terrible service!

1. HCP installed a gas line and 3 new toilets for us 3 years ago.
2. Two weeks ago I called and left a message around mid day on a Monday.
3. About a week later Zach called and said he found a sticky note under his desk with my name and number on it. He apologized and said he would be out to look at our new project involving the gas line on Thursday (before Good Friday). He never showed or called.
4. I called again on Monday after Easter and rescheduled for 1: 00 Thursday of this week. No call, no show!

Be careful doing business with this company and I’ll tell you that in all my years I have never left a negative review for a company until now.

Only plumbing company I would use! As owner of a remodeling company, coconstructiontexas.com, I hire them to take care of every job I do in the hill country area.

Called Hill Country for some advice earlier today while working on my bathroom tub/shower valve. Suzanne went above and beyond to take care of me, she even offered for me to talk to her master plumber over the phone to guide me through some of the steps I was confused on! Now that’s service with a smile.:) I will be contacting them for everything plumbing from now on

Great company to do business with. They worked on a difficult commercial project and went above and beyond to get the job done. Highly recommend!

Have a plumbing situation brought on by Home Depot and the less than gifted people they hire to install new appliances.
Started googling Boerne Plumbers. Hill Country Plumbing came up.
I called their number and received a msg "We're sorry - blocked calls cannot be accepted".
No comprendo.

I called HCP last summer to come out and replace my water pressure regulator that had gone bad. Not only were they on time, courteous and professional but the plumber, Kevin, and his helper also replaced my corroded water shut off valve at very little additional cost. They worked very quickly and had my water turned back on in only 30 minutes. I learned from neighbors who had the same work performed by other plumbing companies that they had paid almost twice for a WPR replacement than what Hill Country Plumbing charged me. I will definitely call these guys again for future plumbing problems.
