We just recently moved to the area. I was having issues with the brakes on my car. Russel and his guys took a look and gave me a quote. I explained that we needed the job done ASAP, due to a sudden need to use this vehicle for a trip. He explained that it might be the next day due to parts. He called me after they had closed to tell me the job was done. We went to pick it up and the price was considerably less than the quote. Who does that? ! Also told me about thier great warranty. They have definitely earned my future business! Thanks again!

Ronnie and his team have taken care of all our vehicles for the past ten years. They have always been honest with their recommendations as to what is needed. He and his mechanics are extremely knowledgeable, professional and courteous. We always recommend Hill County Auto Service to new people in the area needing auto care. The office manager, Mike, is a good listener and will schedule your automobile for service as quick as possible. As a woman, I feel confident with the suggestions they make on repairs needed.

They did a good job at effectively and efficiently repairing the car once they found the issue. However, communication and reading notes turned out to be subpar. They missed something on the initial inspection because the notes were not read correctly. After addressing that item they were able to correctly diagnosis the other issue as well. I will try them again and see how it goes.

Really appreciate the service given by Allan, Russell, and the team at Hill County Radiator. They are helping us get as many miles as we can out of our 01 Tundra. Still going strong at 367,000 miles.

Our Nissan Pathfinder broke down in Hillsboro. Hill County Auto Care picked up our car and got it running right again. Communication is great. We got a call with the diagnosis, and price quote. We got a call back when repairs were completed. We were able to pay by phone, and use a drop box to secure our keys, and pick up our car after hours. Would definitely recommend.

Fast and courteous. Our ac failed on a road trip and they took the interruption to diagnose and had us back on the road in less than an hour. Saved us in the 104 heat. Very happy with the service.

Had new struts installed, new belt for the ac compressor, and a few other things. They were very professional and provided an estimate of the repairs before the work and the total came out to almost what was quoted. There were a little bit of extra work that needed to be done that wasnt on the original estimate but nothing crazy and the price didnt come out to that much more than the original estimate. They are pretty straight forward here. I would say that the shop rate is a little bit on the higher side $140 - $150 an hour but again they were up front about their price so up to you if you think that is reasonable.

My air conditioning stopped working in my car, and I was 3 hours from home. They were able to work me in with their other appointments and fixed it the same day. Much appreciated!

The guys at Hill County Auto are great keeping me very informed about the problems with my daughter's car and what needed fixing right away and what could wait till she has more money, prices are very fair and competitive and the work done quickly and properly.
