I have been seeing Dr. Hill for about three years now. I moved during 2020 and needed to find a primary care doctor. I wanted to find a small family focused Dr.that I could stay with for the years to come. I researched many doctors and came across Hill family medicine.

Dr. Hill exceeded my expectations. He is one of the most caring, empathetic, professional doctors I have ever met. I feel lucky to find a doctor who not only cares for my physical well-being but also my mental well-being. Not only does he listen to me but we also have conversations about alternative health (which is very important to me) and is very knowledgeable in that area as well. I always walk away learning something new.

That being said do not expect to get same day responses. They will call you back within 24 hours to schedule but keep in mind this is a small clinic.

Thank you so much Hill family for everything you do! I feel so lucky to have found you.

I am unfortunately writing to confirm many of the other low reviews for this medical practice. Although I was happy to be able to see Hill Family Medicine quickly when needed for an allergy concern, issues with the practice eventually became clear:

SCHEDULING & BILLING UNNECESSARY VISITS — This practice uses repeated, unnecessary visits and follow-ups to bill their clients and insurance. When I requested less visits for my mental health, they continued to harass me via phone call, text and email to schedule bimonthly visits.

VAGUE VISITS — I requested a full blood panel when I first began seeing Hill Family Medicine. I also requested an allergy test, as my seasonal allergies have been progressively worse. Following my blood panel, I came in for a visit around my allergy tests and was told I had to schedule a separate visit to discuss my blood panel, because they had a few items of concern. In that visit, they told me that I had HPV and that my blood pressure and inflammation were concerning. For the former, they referred me for a gynecologist appointment. For the latter, they were vague—they could not tell me any genuine measures I could take to improve it or even what the risks were. I asked for more information on what was wrong and received a recommendation to eat chia seeds. I did not immediately find this concerning, but the lack of support was overwhelming. I actually cried profusely during that visit, because the information was so unhelpful.

ISSUING INCORRECT DIAGNOSES — On top of repeated, unnecessary visits & vague reports, I discovered their interpretation of my blood panel was incorrect upon visiting the gynecologists. At my visit with the gynecologist, they said I had amazing blood pressure, which directly contradicts their supposed concerning results. The gynecologist also informed me that they incorrectly diagnosed me with HPV and that I did not need the procedure they referred me for. Beyond the pointless visit with the gynecologist (who was also shocked), they took zero ownership of the incorrect diagnosis when I called with the concern. Their receptionist continually repeated that I shouldn't be concerned regarding the misinformation, because my insurance would take care of the costs of the unnecessary gynecological appointment.

For all of the reasons above, I do not recommend any person seeking legitimate doctor support for their health pursue services from Hill Family Medicine.

Exceptional physician. The art of bedside manner, conscientiousness, and genuine empathy seem to be absent from the general practice of modern medicine, yet this physician and accompanying staff are exemplary torch-bearers of these honored practices.

From the first phone call with Brandy, to the check-in process & visit with Dr. Hill- this was the most seamless visit with a doctors office I’ve ever had. My appointment started on-time, was efficient but not rushed, and everyone was genuinely KIND and knowledgeable. I’m definitely recommending my friends & family to go here!
